Yvon Jasna Delacroix (イヴォン・ジャスナ・ドラクロワ) is the Cardinal of Light and a member of the highest authority of the Slane Theocracy.
Appearance
Yvon has narrow eyes and skinny frame, which make him look like a sinister person. In the Anime, he has short light blonde hair and wears a monocle on his left eye.
Personality
Yvon appears to have a stern attitude and maintains that subordinates should remain formal to their seniors. That is not to say he cannot act casual, though it is reserved for his felloe cardinals and peers.

The Half Elf God-kin Arc

At the time of the invasion of the Re-Estize Kingdom by the Sorcerer Kingdom, Yvon was in a meeting with the Cardinals and other members of the higher echelons of the Theocracy. He addressed on what was to do about the adventurers from the Kingdom but agreed that it would be best to send them to the Dragon Kingdom to reinforce their support of the other nation and to prevent the spread of the Sorcerer Kingdom's influence.[2]
