Wedding Dress (ウェディングドレス) is a dress found in YGGDRASIL.
Description[]
The wedding dress, also called a bridal gown, is a dress worn by the bride during a wedding. In the aftermath of the Queen War, Albedo and Shalltear Bloodfallen wore these outfits to seduce Momonga to make him decide which of them was worthy to be his queen .[1]
In addition Narberal Gamma and Evileye wore wedding dresses to infiltrate a bridal recruitment test hosted by Marquis Blumrush.[2]
Appearance[]
Traditionally wedding dresses are white to symbolize chastity.
Abilities[]
Wedding dresses are only for decoration and have no special abilities. Though according to Narberal Gamma she found fighting in one to be very easy.
Trivia[]
- In a promotional manga special this dress was chosen by Albedo to wear it to impress Ainz Ooal Gown.[3]
- Shalltear’s wedding dress is crimson as opposed to white. According to her its to reflect her as a vampire.[4]
- Narberal while in her wedding dress can use her bouquet as a weapon.[5]
- In the game, Albedo, as an expression of her love to Momonga crafted her very own wedding dress in an effort to reach his unconscious mind to convince him to marry her.[6][7]
- After Enhela Read Gahi used "Divine Right" and "Hacking" to take over the management system of Nazarick, copies of Albedo, Shalltear, and Narberal were created as opponents against the Nazarick raid teams sent to retake the dungeon.[8]
