Twin Swords of Slashing Death (死を切り裂く双剣) is a re-enactment game event in Mass for the Dead that was released on March 22, 2019 to April 1, 2019.

Background[]

This is a story you should have seen somewhere------. Adventurer Momon, dressed in jet-black full-body armor, comes to E-Rantel's Adventurer's Guild with an exotic beauty. At this time, no one knows the darkness of a certain female warrior.[1]

Summary[]

Ainz Ooal Gown and Narberal Gamma infiltrate the fortress city of E-Rantel and to learn more about this New World under the alias of Momon and Nabe. Registering as copper adventurers the two head to the Adventurer's Guild for work. Momon selects a job post at random, but unfortunately, the receptionist informs him that the post is for a Mithril ranked adventurer. Momon bluffs himself through his error stating he realized that and that is why he wished to take it nonetheless. The receptionist firmly refuses, as the pairs are copper ranked and rookies. Momon’s actions attract the adventurers' hostility for stepping out of line. To save face, Momon declares that he and his partner are more than ready, stating that Nabe is a practitioner of the 3rd Tier and boasts that they are in for real jobs. The hostility the other have of them quickly vanishes, but despite the impressive bravado the guild staff refuses to allow him to take the job.

Momon and Nabe take the interest of a silver ranked adventurer party, Swords of Darkness. They are introduced to Peter Mauk, Lukrut Volve, Dyne Woodwonder, and Ninya. Getting acquainted with each other, Momon and Nabe are offered to work with the Swords of Darkness in a monster extermination job south of E-Rantel. The area will be near the Great Forest of Tob, but the silver rank adventurers believe that they will not face many serious foes, other than goblins and ogres. The two copper adventurers accept the joint quest. The silver rank adventurers look forward at working together and agreed to split the proceeds of the mission. Just as the merged group are about to depart from the guild, Momon is informed that someone has requested his presence. It's later revealed to be Nfirea Bareare who wishes to hire out Momon's services. Momon initially declines as he already made a commitment to assisting the Swords of Darkness. The silver ranked adventurers don't wish to turn away Nfirea as he is a prominent figure in the city. At an impasse, Momon has the young pharmacist explain the details of his job. Nfirea complied explaining that he wished to procure Momon and his companion as bodyguards on his upcoming journey to harvest herbs in the Tob Forests. To comprise Momon suggests that the Nfirea hire out all of them.

Previously it was revealed that when Momon and Nabe entered the city they took lodging at an inn for copper adventurer. After getting into scuffle with some of their senior peers they accidentally destroy a blue potion belonging to an the iron ranked adventurer named Brita. The loss of her hard earned potion angered her and she demanded compensation. Having no money which to speak, Momon gave her a strange red potion as compensation for her damaged potion. The said potion was lalter brought to Nfirea's grandmother, Lizzie Bareare who was the highly skilled pharmacist in the city. Studying the pharmacists were curious about it nature and hence why the sought Momon out to subtly learn of how he came across such an item.

Now in agreement, their employer informs the adventurers that before reaching the forest, they will set up a base of operations in the nearby Carne Village. Journeying from the city, the group takes the route headed north, and then east along the outskirts of the forest. Despite the path having a greater possibility of encountering monsters, it was taken to fulfill the Swords of Darkness’s original monster quest. Plus with their companions Momon and Nabe the group was confident they could overcome any obstacle. Momon had to restrain Nabe from attacking Lukrut due to his flirtatious personality. During one of Lukrut's attempts to flirt with Nabe, he believed that she had no interest in him since she was Momon's lover. Nabe fervently denied this stating that role is reserved for Albedo which caused Momon to hastily cut her off before she disclosed any more information that might comprise their identities.

A day of traveling, Lukrut detected a party of fifteen goblins and six ogres from the forest. Taking battle stances, Momon claims that he will deal with the majority of the ogres much to the shock of the adventurers. The battle began as Lukrut provided long range cover using his bow and arrows. Peter engaged an ogre with his Martial Arts, whilst Dyne, Ninya, and Nabe provided magical support. Momon brandishing his swords easily cut through the ogres with ease.

Momon’s display of swordsmanship awes the adventurers and drastically causes the morale of the attacking goblins to plummet. After the battle, the adventurers have nothing but praise for Momon, who humbly brushes their adulation saying they could someday reach his level. Dusk eventually fell and the party began to set up camp. During the preparations, Momon questioned the origin of the name 'Swords of Darkness', and learned of the party's dream to possess the remaining swords of the Thirteen Hero, Black Knight. Peter asked if Momon was in an adventurer party before. Momon claimed that the group he belonged to didn't claim to be adventurers. Without revealing too much, he told them a few of his beginnings; that he was a weakling that was saved by a paladin. The two would meet seven more comrades and formed a nine-party team that went on countless adventures.

Ninya sensing loss from Momon, as he reminisced the past, attempted to comfort him telling him that he would find new companions. Momon, however, took offense to that, bitterly snapping that day would never come, before he and Nabe leave to the corner of the camp to be alone. The Swords of Darkness then hypothesize that Momon's original team were slain and are sympathetic to his loss.[2]

In the crypts of E-Rantel's Cemetery, a woman named Clementine meets with Khajiit Dale Badantel in the secret shrine under the great cemetery of E-Rantel, who is making preparations for his ritual to turn E-Rantel into a city of undead. When he is interrupted by Clementine, he demands her to leave and dismisses her attempts to be familiar with him. His hostility vanishes after she presents the Crown of Wisdom to him, a treasure relic from the Slane Theocracy she had stolen while she was still a member of the Black Scripture. After discussing the effects of the crown and Clementine's past in the Theocracy, Khajiit agrees to her request in causing havoc and assisting him with his ritual. They then make plans to kidnap the one who will be qualified to wear the crown. He allows Clementine to retrieve the person while he continues with his preparations. Clementine goes to meet with four workers whom she had planned on hiring to survey the house of Lizzie Bareare. However, after learning that the target is gone, she kills three of the workers out of blood thirst and uses mind-control on the last one to have him obey her. Still unsatisfied at not being able to kidnap Nfirea she again meets Khajiit in the secret shrine. After having him turn her victims into zombies, she reports that their target has disappeared and went to an adventurer's quest. When Clementine suggests at kidnapping Nfirea's grandmother he warns her not to underestimate her and to tone down her 'activities' lest he eliminates her as an obstruction to his goal. Feeling insulted Clementine attempted to stab him with her weapon, only to have the necromancer calmly summon a Skeletal Dragon to block the attack. Unfazed by the new opponent, Clementine states that destroying the summoned creature would be easy for her, but Khajiit warns that it isn't the only one he commands. Clementine later unsheathes her blades saying that the only reason why he survived was because she was holding back, to which Khajiit doubts her claim. As she leaves, the necromancer wonders about the probability of success if he actually committed in fighting her. His last thought lingers to her former position of the 9th seat of the Black Scripture.[3]

The group set out at daybreak to the frontier village of Carne. Though the mood had changed since Momon's bitterness from last night toward's Ninya. And though the copper adventurer feelings were negated by his undead status, he was unwilling to reconcile. The group decided to talk about the Azerlisia Mountains and the Frost Dragons that dwell there. Ainz subtly interested in comparing New World dragons with those of YGGDRASIL made small talk with the arcane magic caster for more information which Ninya agreed. The part approached the village, and Nfirea saw that a great fence had been erected around the village. Passing through the wheat fields in the vicinity of the village, the group found themselves surrounded by a band of goblins hiding in the fields. Unlike the previous goblins they fought, these demi-humans looked experience and heavily armed. Momon realizes that the goblins are a summons from the Horn of the Goblin General that he gave to Enri Emmot when they first met. Seeing their opponents and their readiness the Swords of Darkness were concerned if they win, however, the goblins assured them, surprisingly, that they would not attack unless they did not. The reason was that the leader was wary of Momon, sensing him to be dangerous.

Nfirea demanded why the goblins were occupying the village. He was informed that the village was recently attacked and their mistress had ordered them to protect it. Their mistress as it turned out, is Enri and a childhood friend of Nfirea.

At the village Nfirea learns of the attack on the village by imperial knights and the deaths of Enri and Nemu's parents. Enraged at their deaths, the young man is relieved that Enri is safe and lingers on the love he has for her and his wish for her to move to the city with him. However, he can't bring himself to tell her his feelings, changing the topic on the origin of the goblins. He learned that they came from the Horn of the Goblin General, an artifact she received from the magic caster that protected the village from the marauding knights. Enri inquires if he heard of the magic caster, Ainz Ooal Gown only to no avail. Nfirea wonders on the identity of the magic caster and who he could give such a valuable summoning item. At the same time, he feels slightly jealous of her admiration of Ainz.

After Enri mentions that the magic caster was served by a knight named Albedo and was in the possession of a red potion the pharmacist recognizes it as the same potion he and his grandma appraised. Connecting the dots using the information, he comes to the conclusion that Ainz Ooal Gown and Momon are the same entity. Nfirea then approaches Momon and Nabe, and inquires if he is Ainz Ooal Gown. Ainz is left dumbfounded that the human knows his name, and Nfirea takes his silence as an admittance. Ainz interested in what the boy has to say stays Nabe from taking action. Nfirea admits that the real reason for the quest was to gain information on the potion he had given Brita. Ainz cursed his carelessness and so tells Nfirea he doesn't hold it against him for being found out. In return, Nfirea is shocked by Momon's magnanimous behavior as he is ashamed that he schemed this quest just for his own gain. However, Momon states that since he and his grandmother didn't wish to exploit the potion he possesses for criminal gain there is no problem. Learning that Nfirea is the only one that knows his identity the two separate, with the former scheduling to enter into the forest within the hour. Momon contemplated the situation, and despite Nabe's apologies for exposing them, he believes that the current circumstances could be salvaged by gaining a connection with Lizzie.[4]

The adventurers escort Nfirea into the Tob Forest to search for herbs. Reminding them that the area of the forest they are in is close to the territory of the Wise King, Nfirea also makes a plea to Momon, knowing his desire to fight the legendary beast, to allow it to live as It protects the frontier village from monsters. Momon is confident in defeating the beasts and promises that he will try to restrain himself. The group traverses deeper into the forest, finally arriving at the location where their herbs, Arnica Grass grows. Sensing the massive approach of something moving towards their camp, Lukrut alerts the others. Unsure if it's the Wise King of the Forest the adventurers decide to fall back. Momon and Nabe are assigned to act as the rear guard to allow the others to escape. Finally, alone the two copper adventurers turn to face their foe, Momon brings his greatswords to block an attack by a serpentine tail.

The Wise King praises Momon for his defense from the shadows of the trees. It informs Momon that it is trespassing in its territory, though it offers Momon the chance to flee. Momon rejects the offer demanding that the beast reveal itself. Taking it as a challenge the Wise King of the Forest emerges with the intent to be awed and feared by its opponent. Momon is stunned at the appearance, not in awe as the Wide King turns out to be a giant hamster with a tail of a snake. The adventurer asks the Wise King what the name of its species, however, the latter is unable to give one to which Momon asks if it belongs to the Djungarian Hamsters. Hearing the name, it piques the interest of the Wise King who is surprised that the adventurer has seen its kind before. It immediately asks if there are more of its kind as it wishes to find a mate to continue its species. Alas, Momon informs her that the ones he are familiar with may not be related to her. Disappointed at the news the hamster then resumes to battle with the trespasser.

Momon already disappointed that the Wise King is merely a giant hamster, and loses motivation from the fight. He contemplates on the benefits of slaying or sparing the Wise King of the Forest. Ordering Nabe to fall back, the Wise King takes this as an insult, but Momon merely states it to preserve his honor from fighting a two to one battle with a hamster. Momon now having lost the motivation to fight casts aside his weapons, not in defeat but in lack of interest. He uses his magic, [Despair Aura V] to force the hamster to yield to him. The Wise King under the influence of the spell, begs for its life and Momon contemplates on its fate, and decides to spare it and have it serve him.

Regrouping with the Swords of Darkness and Nfirea Bareare, Momon shows off the Wise King of the Forest. Not expecting much praise as it is merely a giant hamster, the others laud the appearance of the Wise King as a dignified beast, much to Momon's shock. There comparison and description do little to compare the hamster, making Momon wonder if his aesthetics are in question, as Narberal even comments on it powerful looking eyes. Nfirea worries that the balance of power in the forest will change now that the Wise King has been tamed. Momon states that there is nothing that can be helped but does little to comfort the young man. Seeing that Carne Village will be defenseless, Nfirea pleads to Momon to allow him to join his team so as to ensure that Enri is protected. Momon surprised by this request, though it was amusing that the human wished to join him knowing little of the man before him. He declines his offer, going by the criteria set forth by his guild, but is impressed by his determination and promises to exert his power to protect Carne Village. Momon then goes forth to explain how he tamed the Wise King of the Forest to his peers.[5]

By nightfall, the group return to E-Rantel, and receive many looks from passerby due to the Wise King. Though many view Momon with respect, he is slightly embarrassed by him riding the hamster. Narberal and Momon then separate from Nfirea and the Swords of Darkness in order to register the Wise King at the Adventurer's Guild. They agree to meet back at the Bareare Pharmacy where the other group intends to offload the herbs they gathered. The Swords of Darkness then enter the pharmacy where they find Clementine waiting for them inside. With a sadistic smile, Clementine tells the adventurers that she is hear to pick up Nfirea. Sensing her aggression the Peter and the other ready their weapons to fight. After Momon, Narberal finished registering the Wise King, now named Hamsuke they encounter Lizzie Bareare. They go together to the Bareare pharmacy only to find all the Swords of Darkness dead and Nfirea missing.

Lizzie attempts to investigate further, only to be stopped by Momon who then quickly decapitates Peter Mauk and Lukrut Volve corpses. Lizzie is shocked at the act but further in the room, she witnesses Dyne Woodwonder rise and understands that the adventurers have become zombies. Momon then dispatches the zombie druid. All that is left is Ninya's body, though seeing no undead reaction the adventurer deems it to be safe. Lizzie realizes that her grandson, Nfirea Bareare is missing and rushes to search for him. Momon orders Nabe to protect her, but warns her to be on the lookout for possible intruders.

Momon then studies Ninya's corpse, observing the brutality of 'his' corpse. Opening her clothes he makes a surprising discovery. Taking one last look at his comrade, he then gently closes the eyes. Lizzie reports that her grandson is gone and determines that he has been kidnapped by whoever killed the Sword of Darkness. Momon points out to some writing in blood under Ninya's corpse. According to it, the kidnapper have gone into the sewers. Momon, however, is suspicious of the information, doubting that Ninya could have obtained the information and believes it to be a trap.

Lizzie notes his calmness in the situation and asks what his relationship was with the slain adventurers and if they were his friends. Momon merely states that they were merely adventuring together and it was just professional. He asks what can she tell from the bodies, to which she takes that they were enchanted with [Create Undead], meaning that the one who did this was a person who was a 3rd tier Magic Caster. Momon, however, states that the enemy could have used mind control or hidden the corpses and deduces that they made their victims zombies as a form of amusement. In addition, why leave the corpses? If their goal was to kidnap just Nfirea they should have hidden the bodies or removed them so as not to bring suspicion or attention. Lizzie understands Momon's hidden meaning in his words, believes that the kidnappers have a purpose for Nfirea but he would soon be disposed of once his usefulness ran out.

Seeing Lizzie panic, Momon offers her to hire them to rescue her grandson though warns that the price may be high. Lizzie accepts his offer, though Momon continues to warn her if she is prepared to pay a high price for everything. Sensing something is amiss Lizzie questions to Momon what is he, and maybe perhaps a demon. Momon asks if that matters and would she still accept his help to save Nfirea? Lizzie gives her answer offering everything she has to save her grandson. The pact being sealed, Momon accepts the request and prepares to launch a rescue mission. He first objective to find Nfirea'a location and has Lizzie search the house for additional clues.

After the pharmacist left, Momon tells Nabe to check the deceased adventurers and see whether their plates have been removed. Momon tells her that the plates were taken as trophies by the kidnappers. It was a fatal mistake as it means they can track them. Taking out Infinite Backpack, he then takes out the Magic Scrolls to locate their quarries via the stolen metal plates and determine Nfirea was taken to the graveyard. Besides the kidnapped boy they see that a horde of undead are amassing. Nabe recommends teleporting there and killing their opponents, but Momon shoots down the idea stating that the other party is preparing something major, thus a good opportunity to earn some publicity to bolster their reputations. In addition, he wishes to investigate how these people managed to summon so many undead in a short manner of time. Momon reports to Lizzie that they are heading to the graveyard informing her the sewers lead was false. He tells her to spread the word and warn as many people as she can to surround the area to prevent the undead from escaping.[6]

Meanwhile, the guards at E-Rantel's Cemetery are casually chatting on a peaceful night, when an undead tide washes against walls, banging at the gates and slowly swarm over the walls. The guardsman their stations and attempt to thin the tide, but gradually they are being overrun and are forced to retreat from the wall. The gates are groaning at the strain of the weight of its burden and the guards can do nothing but despair at the impending doom.

Suddenly a warrior in full plate armor riding atop a magical beast. One guard attempts to warn him away from the area until he sees the adventurer plate around his neck. Initially thankful that an adventurer has come, the guards' hopes are dashed away as they see he is merely a copper rank. Despite their attempts to warn him, the warrior and his female comrade ready their weapons. The adventurer wishes to pass through the gate, but the guards insist it is too dangerous, so instead opts to leap over the wall, followed by his female partner who flies in the air and lastly by the magical beast. The guards are astounded by what they had seen and are still unable to believe its a reality. Noticing the change in noise on the other side of the wall, the guards climb up to investigate. To their shock, countless bodies of the undead littered the ground and hear the distant sound of fighting. They wonder who the adventurer was, but one guard overhearing the female adventurer, replies that it is Momon. To them, they believe they saw a legend of a dark hero.

Deep within the cemetery, Momon continues to cut through hordes of undead creatures with his greatswords. The undead recoil from his approach and attempt to flee from him only to be killed. Meanwhile, Hamsuke is being carried in the air by a flying Nabe. Unlike Momon who was undead, Hamsuke's life-force would induce a violent reaction from the undead masses, hence Nabe keeping in the air to protect the beast. Though mindless the undead had learned that Momon was a dangerous foe and kept him surrounded at a distance. After placing Hamsuke somewhere safe, Momon and Nabe eventually reach the chapel at the heart of the cemetery, where they encounter several suspicious looking fellows conducting a ritual.[7]

Momon and Nabe eventually reach the chapel at the heart of the cemetery, where they encounter several suspicious looking fellows conducting a ritual. The two adventurers contemplate on ambushing them, but they have already been spotted. Walking towards the assembled magic casters, Khajiit curious asks how they managed to break through the undead horde. Despite Momon telling them that they flew and they are the only ones, the magic caster doesn't believe them. Momon asks if there is a member of their party that uses a piercing weapon, which Clementine verifies it with her appearance. The groups exchange introductions; Clementine asks how they deduced that the sewers was a false lead. Momon replies that the answer is under her cloak. Her four silver plates she stole from the Swords of Darkness.

Momon directs Nabe to handle Khajiit while he deals with the woman. The armored warrior directs Clementine to a location where they may duel. Nabe casts two [Electrosphere] using maximize magic knocking all of Zurrernorn save Khajiit to the ground. Khajiit seeing that his item absorbed enough negative energy summoning a Skeletal Dragon. The magic caster is sure of his victory since this undead is immune to magic. Nabe proceeds to remove her sword from her belt, striding forward and swings a blow at the undead send flying to the ground. Khajiit is shocked at what he has seen, fleeing behind his summon demand who she is and if she was sent to pursue Clementine or him. His opponent only ridicules his cowardice. Seeing that his summons injured, Khajiit uses [Ray of Negative Energy] to repair it and several other spells to supplement its power. Nabe too layers her defenses with multiple buff spells and the two resumed to fight.

The adventurer attacks the dragon but finds her attacks to be less effective than her first go. Now on the defense, she manages to avoid her opponent's attacks. The dragon was constantly being healed by its summoner. The two share banter of each other ineffectiveness in killing on another. Khajiit then summons another Skeletal Dragon at the cost of depleting all his negative energy he gathers but is confident he can still spread death across the city.

Unfazed Nabe sprints forward. Taken by surprise Khajiit has his Skeletal Dragon intercept her. Nabe parries their attacks and is pushed back. Still, her physical abilities astound the necromancer and demands to know what she is. he receives an answer that she was created by the one who are greater than the gods, the Supreme Beings. He does not believe her nor does she care glaring at him. Frightened, Khajiit orders his dragons to attack. Evading the attacks from the summons aa Skeletal Dragon finally lands a tail sweep on her left arm, tossing her aside. Thanks to her defensive spells she was unharmed. The Skeletal Dragons readied their forelegs to rush her, while Khajiit offered to spare her life if she surrendered. Nabe refused to call him a miserable human and trash. Having enough Khajiit orders the Skeletal Dragons to destroy her. The dragons prepare to attack, Nabe receives a message from her master, addressing her as Narberal Gamma to display her true power.[8]

During the walk to the killing ground, Clementine attempts to goad Momon, asking if the ones she killed were his friends. Even going far to mock Ninya's last moments, saying sorry she killed 'him'. To her surprise, Momon nonchalantly states that there is no need to apologized as he would have done the same if he was him her position. They were only tools to build his reputation after all. Though it irks him that she and her friends interfered with his plans. Clementine finds it to be all amusing and laughs wondering. Momon seeing her confidence tells her that he will give her a handicap and take his revenge. Annoyed Clementine states that there are only five people in the Kingdom who could match her.

Meanwhile, Momon and Clementine are engaged in their own duel with Clemetine whining that she is bored, after several minutes of exchanging blows with Momon who has yet to touch his blades on her. She is less impressed by his physical strength as they lack skill and compares it to a kid's move. The fugitive thinks she is being taken lightly. Momon challenges her to come at him countering that she hasn't done much as his attacks did not allow her an opening to attack.

Momon's chest is unguarded and Clementine targets it. Momon attempts to get some distance but Clementine is faster and he takes the attack. After she ducks a swipe by Momon, the latter understands that she is using Martial Arts. Clementine muses that his armor might be adamantite. Momon feels something sharp in his left shoulder and sees that a slight dent was made. The sadist is disappointed that's all the damage she did but promises to do better next time. Momon realizes that she aims to disable his arms to render him incapable of attacking. She attacks Momon to jump back in retreat. Clemetine observes his retreat but is more interested in the lack of blood on her blade and why her opponent is not in pain. Momon states that he has learned a lot from this battle and sees now that he can't swing his swords around blindly and the importance of maintaining his balance. The woman is confused about his response but figures that it doesn't matter since he's going to die anyway though is interested in how she survived her attack. Bitter Momon admits that he is unskilled, thanking her for her criticism and then states that playtime is over. Shouting at the top of his lungs Momon commands Narberal Gamma to reveal her true strength. Momon then proceeds to stick his weapons in the ground and openhis arms wide as if to hug someone.[9]

Narberal Gamma now in her maid gear resumes her duel with Khajiit, the necromancer admits that she has power given her [Fly] spell, though is confused on how she avoided the attacks from the Skeletal Dragons. Khajiit nevertheless feels a foreboding sense of danger and orders the Skeletal Dragons to attack. The two undead draw close to swinging their fore paws at Narberal. The maid casts [Dimensional Move], vanishing without a trace.

A searing pain piercing Khajiit's shoulder, Narberal Gamma has attacked him. The necromancer mentally orders his undead to attack her. Narberal falls back away from the approaching undead and uses [Fly]. Calming himself he deduces that Narberal used teleportation magic a 3rd tier spell but is baffled by its use as it would normally be used as an escape spell. Deciding tow wrap this duel over with, Narberal demonstrates that the idea of Skeletal Dragons being immune to magic is false. At a loss for words Khajiit confidence in his summons' immunity is shattered seeing that she is not lying vainly orders them to kill her. Khajiit's life flash before his eyes, from the time when he was a child and experience the loss of his mother's death. His original goal in becoming an undead was to gain immortality to gain time to learn resurrection magic to revive her, but the path he took corrupted him along the way. He cries that his five years of preparations have gone to dust, only for Narberal to state that she doesn't care casting [Twin Maximize Magic - Chain Dragon Lighting] burning the undead out of existence before the discharges find Khajiit and ignite his body to a crisp.

Clementine finding her opponent now opening his arms wide as if to hug someone. Thinking he was giving up, Momon stated that he merely wished to wrap things up now especially towards a weakling. Aggravated by the man she decided that their duel had gone on for long enough and prepared to finish things. Seeing Momon to be chalk full of openings, Clementine believed it to be a trap, but seeing she didn't chose to end the fight in a single stroke. Sinking to a crouch she buffed herself with [Gale Stride], [Greater Evasion], [Ability Boost]. and [Greater Ability Boost]. Momon with arms wide open, Clementine sprinted for his chest and thrusted her stiletto into the vision slit of his helm. Even as Momon's arms closed around her, she unleashed the spell contained in the weapon, [Lightning] sending bolts through Momon. Using [Flow Acceleration] the sociopath landed another stiletto into Momon's other eye and released the spell [Fireball]. Clementine expected the spells in her weapons to electrocute and burn him, but to her shock Momon was casually muttering a joke about the weapons in his eyes. Seeing no blood, Clementine realizes that he is an undead.

Clementine's body was swallowed in an embrace and was pressed against Momon who then decided to drop the disguise revealing his true appearance as Ainz Ooal Gown. The undead mocked her asking how it felt to fight a magic caster with a sword. Since she took her time killing Ninya, Ainz decided to take his time as well. Clementine tried to use all her strength to free herself but his strength was too great. The magic caster proceeded to calmly remove the stilettos in his eyes as Clementine struggled for dear life. Ainz then began to crush her flat against his chest. Her scale mail provided her no resistance to her impending fate. She vomited and spitted out blood over her captor, even desperately swinging her arms at him. Her face became a hideous blend of agony and terror by the time Ainz released her dead body.

In the aftermath of the fight, they are rejoined by Hamsuke, who initially did not recognize Ainz without his Momon persona. But recognizing his voice the hamster see's he is Momon. Narberal later joins the group, landing on top of the hamster to punish it. After Ainz and Narberal formally introduce themselves to the beast, Ainz then orders the two to loot the bodies for any valuables, while he attends to Nfirea. Ainz finds Nfirea blinded but and under the influence of the Crown of Wisdom. Using his magic he appraises the item and finds it to be a unique item that found in YGGDRASIL. Unfortunately the item could only be removed by destroying it and removing it from the boy would leave him dead. Weighing the benefits of keeping the item or Nfirea, Ainz ultimately decided to destroy as he already promised to bring Nfirea back. Ainz destroyed the item and the returns to his persona as Momon, he prepared to make a triumphant march back making it one of the many feats that would raise the name of Momon.[10]
