Tuvegs (ツヴェーク) are demi-humans that spawn naturally around the poison swamp located in Helheim, near the Great Tomb of Nazarick, back during the days of YGGDRASIL.

In the past, before Ainz Ooal Gown was founded, a tribe of Tuvegs acted as guards for the entrance to the Great Tomb of Nazarick, a dungeon.[1] They were subsequently defeated by the guild members and later delegated to act as part of the dungeon's defenses under the management of Aura Bella Fiora.

Tuvegs are said to possess pinkish skin and have the appearances of humanoid frogs.

Tuvegs have a high poison resistance and are known to work in tribes. Tuvegs are also able to see through concealment. When one spots an intruder, it will then cry out and alert the whole tribe, making them troublesome opponents to fight. The Tuvegs’s special method of communication, allowed them to communicate over several kilometers much like [Message]. Depending on the type of Tuveg it is, their levels tend to vary between level 80-85.[2]

Tuvegs organize themselves in a tribal society, living in hamlet communities, and also come in a wide variety of different classes[3]:
