Tina (ティナ) is an adamantite-rank adventurer and a member of Blue Roses. She is also the triplet sister Tia and Tira.

Appearance

Tina has a slender figure with fair skin, coral eyes and blond hair that is tied to a ponytail with a red string.

Her kunoichi outfit consists of a black half-breastplate over a sleeveless mesh bodysuit, a black and red striped headband, light orange scarf with red flower pattern, black arm gloves with metal bracers, a light orange hakama pants and black boots with metal plate around the shin and instep.

When not on duty, she wears a simple dark-colored yukata tied with a red obi and a long yellow scarf which falls to her sheen.

Personality

Raised as an assassin, she is cold, professional and the loss of human life almost never affected her emotionally. However, after joining Blue Rose, she gradually developed feelings for her cherished comrades. She also admits that she is a blabbermouth, stating she couldn't keep a secret even at the risk of her own life.

Background

Both she and her sister were raised in the arts of an assassin and never trusted anyone but themselves. Before becoming a member of Blue Roses, Tina alongside her twin sister were originally hailed from the Baharuth Empire while the two are still assassins of Ijaniya at the time. They were once tasked to assassinate Lakyus herself. However, they failed as she wasn't an easy target. From tailing her to find out her weaknesses for a better chance to kill her, they eventually decided that the life of an Adventurer suits them better.

Chronology

The Men in the Kingdom Arc

Main article: The Men in the Kingdom I and The Men in the Kingdom II Arc

Tina along with her sister, Tia stealthily raids a drug production village belonging to Eight Fingers. After collecting the documents from the village main battlement, they burn down the fields. She later meets Princess Renner, who ordered the raid and hand her a scripted document she found in the village.

She later fought against the demon army along with the rest of the Adventurers and Kingdom's soldiers. Once the crisis had passed she was present along with her other fellow Blue Roses members to bid Momon farewell when he left.

The Ruler of Conspiracy Arc

In the Royal Capital, Tina and Evileye escorted Princess Renner and Climb from the Royal Family sponsored orphanage to the Royal Palace. During this journey, she seizes the opportunity to ask to her friend if she can kill the Sorcerer King but is not surprised when she answered her that she can't.

The Paladin of the Holy Kingdom Arc

The twins are present in the meeting with the delegates from the Roble Holy Kingdom along with the other members of Blue Rose where they asked for Neia's name, noticing she doesn't have the body of a warrior. Due to their mischievous nature, she and her twin sister then resorted to making jokes concerning Gagaran's unique huge physique and the difference it is in contrast to someone like Neia Baraja. It's unclear who did it, but Evileye signaled to one of the twins including Tina to examine the small pouch of money handed over to them by the envoy Gustav. It is their job to check and see if the small pouch actually contained the expected amount by throwing it up and catching it to feel the weight sensationally.

When Evileye drew the identity of Jaldabaoth on paper to Remedios, it was either one of the twins like Tina who snatched back the former's drawing and tore it in half. While Evileye was furious and distracted about what one of them did, the other twin took the chance to snatch away the pen in the meantime and drew swiftly on the new piece of paper. One of the twins then showed Evileye their finished drawing of Jaldabaoth which was of far greater quality than the picture drawn by their companion. The twins and Evileye ceased their feuding concerning the drawing of Jaldabaoth and turned back towards Remedios after the paladin confirms that was the demon they fought against at the Holy Kingdom.

The Witch of the Falling Kingdom Arc

Before opening the doors to the inn where the secret meeting arranged between Blue Roses, Red Drop, and their unknown client will take place at, Tina and her sister tapped their leader twice on her waist to signal for her to be on alert as they have noticed something. After entering the secret meeting room and seeing that Evileye had done the job of taking out the two women that were with Azuth Aindra, she praise and give a thumbs up toward the vampire for doing a good job on dealing with them.

When the 10th Seat of the Black Scripture revealed his hidden presence to them, Tina and her twin sister were the first to be left utterly shocked by how that assassin appear out of nowhere unnoticed by them. As a result, she and her twin immediately drew their weapon out of caution due to the fact that a new guest having suddenly appear before them, recognizing the latter to be an assassin who is more powerful than the two.

When the capital Re-Estize is already surrounded by the Sorcerer Kingdom's forces, Tina and the rest of the members from Blue Roses met up with Renner, Climb, and Brain in the palace. Once Evileye suggests Lakyus that they have enough time to drink some cup of tea together, Tina follow along with her ploy to fool Lakyus into believing it was done so out of the kindness for Renner who offer them a drink. Tina was signal by her sister Tia to escort Brain Unglaus out of the room for her. In according to that, Tina left the room with Brain, bringing him with her to look for where the water is boiled as well as for desserts to pair with the tea.

Since this was a scheme secretly hatched together with the other members of Blue Roses without Lakyus knowing, Tina plots to allow the remaining Blue Roses members as much time as possible to be able to drug their leader to submission. She had chosen to leave the task up to her sister Tia and Gagaran whom together shortly later proceeded to attack Lakyus to the point that their leader was vulnerable and weak enough for being a potential target for brainwashing.

After Evileye's spell was able to successfully cast [Control Person] on Lakyus, she returns to the room with Brain who did not notice what had happen in this room while he was away. Upon returning there with trays of desserts, Tina and the other members of Blue Roses were simultaneously teleported together to the inn where they pick up Lakyus' equipment. Once they retrieve it, they then have Evileye teleport them outside the Royal Capital to begin heading to their new destination at the southeast.

Mass for the Dead Arc

When there was a string of thefts among the refugees coming into the capital, Lakyus had Tina and her sister Tia investigate the issue from behind the scenes. Tina was absent with her sister when Princess Renner had a meeting with Lakyus and Gagaran. Lakyus when asked on their whereabouts replied that they were doing research. They later joined the meeting at the palace just when Gagaran left to get a drink from the city. Once the meeting was over, all of Blue Roses regrouped together so that Lakyus could inform the women of their new task from the Kingdom, which was to reclaim a mine infested with monsters.

At the mine Tina's team were supported by other adventurers to do the monster extermination. Among them was the protagonist and Surako. Most of the adventurers they brought were killed by the monsters and also demons that were introduced into the mine, by a cult. Rather than retreat, Tina and her friends pressed forward and finally got to the deepest part of the mine and faced the Abyss Demon. After Lakyus dealt a grievous wound on the demon, the mine began filling with poisonous gas forcing the adventurers to retreat. In the end the recovery of the mine failed, but Blue Roses took comfort in having destroyed a demon nest.

At E-Rantel, Tina's team assisted in an investigation of the missing refugees in E-Rantel. The assassin worked with her sister to collect information on those that vanished. Their investigation was joined by the protagonist and Surako, and a new adventurer named Soi who surprised Tia and her sister when the other woman was able to detect them. The teams' information leads the investigation to Zurrernorn as being the culprit leading Tina to believe that the death cult were planning something to disrupt the upcoming conference in E-Rantel. The adventurers follow the trail to E-Rantel's Cemetery, where they discover Six Arms to be working with Zurrernorn to complete their Death Spiral. Tina and her twin fought against Succulent and Peshurian and arrested them.

Later when the summit of the Tripartite Alliance took place in E-Rantel, Tina worked with her team to locate Zero who had escaped arrest. The adventurers also witness a growing mob demanding entry into the inner city, which was closed for the Alliance's venue, and help to act as crowd until the people calmed down. However the crowd was broken up when news of a horde of Chaos Beasts approaching the city disseminated. Tina joined in the defense of the city to protect the residents whilst the protagonist and his team engaged the leader of the horde.

On another mission for the royal family to pick up armors from a dwarf blacksmith at a seaside village, Tina and her team reunited with the protagonist's team and his companion Narberal Gamma. They were unable to locate the dwarf, Tsuibayaya, at the village, but followed his whereabouts to the cove, through cave passage that was locked by a gate. Tina using her skills picked it and the group manated to find the dwarf, saving him from being eaten by some Giant Crustaceans. As he was on a mission of his own and thus unable to give the armors just yet, he allowed the adventurers to locate the Legendary Mermaid for him and retrieve its scales. To equip the members of Blue Roses, the dwarf loaned them several swimsuits to wear in their water environment. Blue Roses separated up from the protagonist to locate the Promise Stone required to meeting the mermaid, while the former searched for the entrance to the mermaid's lair. When the two group found both they used them to summon the Legendary Mermaid and after defeating the famed entity in a duel they were rewarded the scales. The scales were then given to Tsuibayaya who used them to create his masterpiece, which was given and wore by Gagaran much to Tina's disgust.

Tina reappeared again with Blue Roses when they located a cave north of the city and where Gazef Stronoff vanished. She worked with her team and the protagonist to eliminate two Spear Chaos Beasts that were guarding the entrance. After the Chaos Beasts were killed, Tina and the other remained at the entrance to guard it while the protagonist and his team searched and recovered the Warrior Captain.

At the time of the attack on E-Rantel by Jaldabaoth's horde of demons, Tina joined Blue Roses in defending the city. As the adventurers fought the demons, she spots that the demons' were assembling to the city's square and erected a beheading stand. She and Blue Roses also witnessed the protagonist save the Bloody Emperor from being executed by the demons, commenting on how strong their was.

A few weeks after the attack, the city of E-Rantel was beginning to heal. To raise the spirits and also amount of defenders for the Kingdom. the protagonist organized an adventurer tournament. Tina came to participate at the invitation of the protagonist. A day before the start of the tournament she and her team met with the organizer and his assistant to touch base on the event. Tina and Tia fought in the first exhibition match against her teammate Gagaran, which led to her defeat. Though she was defeated by the muscle warrior, she and her sister claimed that they were going easy on her out of respect to Lakyus. In the tournament Tina grew interested in the two newcomers Shall and Ku. She would later join her team in fighting the pair in the seventh match and later fought the "Dark Warrior" as part of the finale of the event.

Tina would join her team and the protagonist in investigating Re-Blumrushur to see if Marquis Blumrush was responsible for a string of disappearances of brides seeking to answer his solicitation to be his wife. Tina and the others busied themselves in collecting testimonies from the victim's families. Tina and the others would be approached by a desperate soldier seeking aid to eliminate undead that infested the mine near the city. Though the adventurers had priorities, the protagonist convinced them to help since could. Tina and her sister Tia remained behind in the city to continue collecting information.

The undead appearing in the mine turned out to be related to their investigation as they found that the undead were amassing due to the remnants of Zurrernorn conducting their rituals using the captured brides as sacrifices The adventurers killed the cultists and later found Evil Lord Greed at the scene. Since he was present it led the members of Blue Roses to believe that Blumrush was associating himself with the Demon Emperor. The twins eventually caught up their their fellow comrades, after informing the local Adventurer's Guild of the noble's crimes allowing the local adventurers to arrest those involved at the estate. After the mine collapsed, Tina and her friends enjoyed their victory and also found began teasing Evileye on how cute she looked in her bridal gown.

When the E-Rantel Magic Research Institute was formed by the protagonist, Tina and her team journeyed with several researchers to cordon the Northern Cave to prevent more Chaos Beasts from escaping to the surface. While working to establish a defensive perimeter the assassin hoped that the researchers could solve the mystery of the Crack so that her team could resume working as adventurers.

While away from E-Rantel, Tina and her team were in a job to infiltrate an illegal gambling hall to retrieve a wayward son of a noble. Using Hide Shadow technique Tina and her sister infiltrated the area along with Lakyus and Evileye in disguise. After the women finished the job and were heading back, they received word from Renner that a group of strangers were impersonating them. She deduced that the impersonators were using a skill in illusion to flawlessly assume her team’s appearance.

During the minor epidemic in E-Rantel, Tina and Tia were on an investigative mission, thus unable to assist Lakyus and Evileye in scouting the city for signs of the disease among the orphans.

For E-Rantel's Harvest Festival, Tina and Tia contributed in the event by acting as lookouts for trouble in the crowd. However unlike the rest of the denizens celebrating the festival, they did not wear any costumes and instead used their abilities to hide among the crowd. This greatly annoyed their friend Evileye as she was stuck out in skimpy mummy outfit. After the event demonstration, the twins reappeared to congratulate Evileye, who swore to make the two wear costumes in next year's Harvest Festival.

In a situation where remnants of Zurrernorn were plotting a nefarious scheme for E-Rantel, Tina and her team went to investigate the sewers of the city for any of the cult's activities. She and her comrades found the secret room in the sewer passages but it was in disuse. They finally found the cult conducting some sort of ritual in the main sewage hall. Tina recommended that they kill one of the cultist and later revive him, after the Kingdom paid the revival fee so they could interrogate him on what Zurrernorn's aims were. But since time was of the essence, Blue Roses directly approached the cultist, who declared that E-Rantel's days were numbers and committed suicide, sacrificing their lives to a Super Giant Sanitary Slime that the cult created and began turning the dead into undead. They were nearly overwhelmed by the slime, until Soi came to their aid with "anti-slime agent" to drive the monster back into the sewers.

Given that the water environment and that the "anti-slime agent" could be used to dissolve normal equipment, swimsuits were required. Tina wore hers during an operation to eliminate the slime, with Blue Roses, minus Gagaran, Soi and Clementine. After defeating the threat, she and the other women addressed the people in the city square to explain the hyped up military presence as a routine cleaning of the sewers. At the address, Tina and her sister were envious seeing Clementine receive all the attention from her swimsuit by Tsuibayaya.

After the Calamity of Cracks, during the reconstruction of the city of E-Rantel, another Greetings and Victory Festival was hosted to raise the spirits of the people. For the festival Tina wore her swimsuit and also reunited with Shall and Ku who were the guests of honor for the event. For the final match of the dedication performance, Tina's team fought against Shall, Ku, Aura, Narberal and Soi which resulted in a draw.

Some months after the Calamity of Cracks, Tina and her team undertook a new mission from Prince Zanac to search for his missing sister in Carne Village where she was hiding with several refugees. Blue Roses though were too late as the entire camp was destroyed by Contaminated Beasts and it was believed by the adventurers that the princess had taken her own life before being devoured by the monsters. Afterwards the death of the princess was covered up by Zanac, and Blue Roses was dismissed. The ninja and her team were seen participating the festival happening in E-Rantel, handing out rations to the needy.

Some months later, the adaptive equipment promised by the Sorcerer Kingdom was ready. Tina and her teammates were at a bar discussing the implications of the upcoming rescue operation. Tina was grateful that the equipment was ready as they now could move in the environment on the "other side" of the Crack. The adventurer was seen at the venue of a pep rally with her team.

Tina joined the Four Kingdoms Rescue Team led by Gazef Stronoff to rescue a hundred people from beyond the Crack. During the rallying speech by the Warrior Captain, Tina and her sister were annoyed by the bickering of Evileye and Gagaran arguing. After the operation was a success, Tina was seen joking with her teammates on their victory.

Later the rescue team rushed back to E-Rantel after receiving word from the Sorcerer Kingdom that enormous amounts of miasma were spilling in from Cracks in every major city in the Tripartite Alliance. Since their unit was the only military force in the area, the joint international force hurried to the alliance's capital to save what they could.

At E-Rantel, Tina scouted the city with Tia, Soi and Gagaran and reported to the rescue team that not all the populace were turned into contaminated and that there were still people who could be saved. Later Tina gathered the aerial reconnaissance information from Evileye, drawing it out and disseminated the information to the leaders of the team.

With her dagger, Vampire Blade, she can disguise her kills as victims of vampirism. She can also use skills which allow the her to hide and move in the shadows.

After some time, they decided to quit being assassins and become adventures instead, joining Lakyus' team. Tina now considers her a good friend and trusted teammate. She sometimes calls Lakyus an "evil boss."

Evileye

As a fellow companion of Blue Roses, the two share the camaraderie of the group. As the same way of Gagaran, she is very frank and a bit mischievous with Evileye. But also thinks very highly of her powers as a magic caster, believing in the possibility that she was able, or had an ace on the hole, to defeat the Sorcerer King.
