Throne of Kings is a World Item under the possession of the guild, Ainz Ooal Gown.
Description
By clearing and conquering the Great Tomb of Nazarick, a recommended level 80+ dungeon in one attempt, the guild of Ainz Ooal Gown was rewarded with this World Item, the Throne of Kings as a trophy.
Even to this very day, it remains integral to not only the guild alone but also a part of the dungeon too. In the New World, the Throne of Kings is usually seated upon by Ainz in front of the Floor Guardians present before him during a meeting.

The Throne of Kings is made from a single mass of obsidian.
Abilities
When the user sits on the Throne of Kings, a buff can be seen on their status screen.
