Yuri Alpha is loyal to Ainz and as one of the good denizens of Nazarick, she feels relieved when Ainz tells her not to kill humans without proper reasons. In a way, Yuri thinks of Ainz being the nicest person after her creator. After confronting Ainz again with the matter concerning Solution and it being resolved peacefully, she makes a mental note about Ainz, the master before her, is as kind as her creator, Yamaiko.

When Yuri, alongside Shizu, accompanies Ainz and Albedo to the Treasury, she meets Pandora's Actor for the first time and is displeased upon being called young lady by him because of her pride as a battle maid of the Pleiades.

Sebas Tian is Yuri Alpha's superior, thus they have a professional relationship. Even after Sebas is reassigned to look after Tuare for her maid training, Yuri still offers advice for her colleague on how to train a human without wearing her down from overwork, as it would bring disapproval to Ainz Ooal Gown.
Lupusregina Beta[]
Yuri sees Lupusregina Beta as a terrible younger sister just as bad as Solution Epsilon. But despite that, Yuri still loves her as they are still sisters.
Narberal Gamma[]
Yuri has shown a low key jealous side for Narberal, as her younger sister is frequently with their master during their undercover missions as adventurers.
Solution Epsilon[]
Yuri sees Solution Epsilon as one of the bad younger sisters out of all her other sisters.
However, despite Yuri's general distaste and disapproval of Solution's "hobbies", Yuri is still shown to harbor genuine love and attachment to her sister. This is seen when Yuri shows great distress at the prospect of having to reprimand Solution when she steals Ainz's personal bathhouse slime, Miyoshi. Later, when Ainz orders for her to question Solution, Yuri's mind is thrown into inner turmoil when misunderstanding Ainz's request to question her as using physical interrogation to question her.
CZ2128_Delta[]
Yuri sees Shizu as the only good girl in the Pleiades and one of the obedient children out of all her other sisters. Yuri is supportive of Shizu making friends with Neia during the assignment in the Roble Holy Kingdom.
Entoma Vasilissa Zeta[]
Yuri thinks Entoma isn't a bad girl and is one of the obedient children out of all her other sisters.
Aureole Omega[]
Aureole Omega is the leader of the Pleiades Seven Sisters, making her Yuri Alpha's superior.
Out of all seven of the Pleiades sisters, Aureole was created to be seen as the youngest and as such, Yuri sees and treats her as her youngest sister despite her being her direct superior. Their relationship seems to be close enough that Aureole is more than willing lend her high level minions to Yuri if need be.
Yuri in turn sees Aureole as her adorable youngest-baby sister and has even given her own cute nickname for her as "Au-Chan".
Others[]
Increment[]
Increment was created by Yamaiko, the same Supreme Being who created Yuri, which, in a way, also makes her something akin to a sister to Yuri Alpha. Yuri herself has displayed a level of familial love and familiarity with her, whichi is seen whenever she sees her pure and innocent eyes. In addition, her movements usually bring a smile to Yuri's face and the way Increment tenses up her back while she is reading makes Yuri feel very warm.
Increment is shown to also harbor the same reserved personality as her "sister" NPC Yuri, As seen where similarly to Yuri she also prefers to reading quietly and peacefully during her time off. As Yamaiko was a teacher in the real world of 2138, her solitude and reading might be a trait that she inherited from Yamaiko similarly to Yuri.
Decrement[]
Due to Decrement also being created by Yamaiko, it's highly likely that similarly to Increment, Yuri also feels a level of familial love and care for her.
Pestonya Shortcake Wanko[]
Yuri is close enough to Pestonya to the point where they refer to each other with nicknames outside of work. This is because the Supreme Beings who made them were close to each other, and they feel similarly close to each other.
When Pestonya goes against Ainz's order and is imprisoned on the 5th Floor, Yuri is not worried because she has Nigredo to keep her company. If they had been imprisoned on the 7th Floor, she might have been worried for Pestonya. But when Ainz hints to her that she can choose any member of Nazarick to assist her in building a sponsored orphanage, she happily chooses both of them and frees them from confinement.

Yuri is close enough to Éclair to the point they refer to each other with nicknames outside of work. This is because the Supreme Beings who made them were close to each other, and they feel similarly close to each other.
Tuareninya Veyron[]
Yuri serves as Tuare's maid instructor to prepare her for her eventual role as the Head Maid in E-Rantel, a territory which the Sorcerer Kingdom has annexed. Although she keeps their relationship professional, Yuri cannot help but feel pity towards the human, as she and Pestonya are the only ones who treat her respectively. While carrying the burden as part of her duty, this is due to Tuare's difficulties fitting in the Great Tomb of Nazarick with the other Homunculus Maids around her.
