When the Great Tomb of Nazarick found itself in the New World, Ainz Ooal Gown, received as report from Pestonya S. Wanko about Sous-chef's concern about the remaining number of potion bottles numbering three thousand.[1]
Overlord Second Half Arc[]

During his mission at the Imperial Magic Academy, Fluder Paradyne recalled a conversation he had with the myconid.[2]
Abilities and Powers[]
Besides being a cook, he is also a potion maker. For a potion like Minor Healing Potion, Sous-chef alone can produce an output of four hundred sixty-four bottles daily. He requires a six hour rest to fully restore his MP, but with Pestonya's help he can repeat it four times.

The two appear to be friendly with each other as they had first talked about their master but had often jumped topics and ended up discussing how to enact orders.
