Background
Based on second-hand accounts Soba lies geographically to the east of the Large Walled City.

The Mercenary Pathfinders after completing their business with Suzuki Satoru decided to move on from the location. Given that they had taken a lot of jobs in the area, enough for resentment from local mercenaries to build up, the group decided to head to Soba, hearing that tsar of the eastern countries were recruiting.[1]
Culture
Soba seems to be ruled by a tsar rather than a king.
Military Strength
Not much is known about the military strength of the country though it appears that Soba has been recruiting strong mercenaries.
Foreign Relations
The political climate of Soba is a mystery. However, Soba and several eastern nations have begun to recruit talented mercenaries.
Trivia
- The position “tsar” in Eastern Europe is equivalent to an emperor hinting that Soba may be an autocracy or empire.
