Six Great Disciples (六高弟) were a group of swordsmen stationed within the Re-Estize Kingdom who were personally trained by the famous former Adventurer Vesture Kloff Di Laufen.

Background[]

The Six Great Disciples belonged to a dojo that was established by the retired adventurer, Vesture Kloff Di Laufen. Each member is a warrior that personally caught the eye of the swordsman and was trained as his pupil.

Chronology[]

The Witch of the Falling Kingdom Arc[]

Main article: The Witch of the Falling Kingdom

Vesture sent two of his disciples to the orphanage run by Princess Renner to train the children in swordsmanship alongside Brain Unglaus. After the Sorcerer Kingdom declared war on the Re-Estize Kingdom, they planned to flee to the Argland Council State and take those children who showed promise with them.[1]

When Sorcerer Kingdom laid siege to the Royal Capital, five of Vesture's disciples accompanied their teacher to the Magician's Guild to guard Jaldabaoth's item and prevent it from falling into enemy hands. However, the mission ended in total failure when they and their teacher were all easily killed by Aura and her magic beasts.[2]

Strength[]

The group was composed of five men and a single woman that cultivated their skills through their performative swordsmanship practice they learned from Vesture. Despite the group's respected background, Brain believed that his method of training with a real sword would allow one to gain more muscle memory than simply exercising one’s body. Though their method also allowed them to learn the techniques first and build up a foundation solid enough that they would be less likely to die in actual combat. They also appeared to not wield any swords.

Known Members[]

Current Members[]

  • Vesture Kloff Di Laufen (Master)
  • A woman who's hair was in the shape of a bun, apparently a hairstyle that was called 'Magay’ in the South.
  • A short man but was otherwise physically fit, who was rumoured to have dwarven heritage.

Trivia[]

  • The name of the group bears a similarity to how the Six Great Gods are usually addressed, which could be interpreted to mean that the group was named in reference to the latter.
  • Since one disciple was unaccounted for, during the deaths of the group, it can be presumed he survived and fled the Royal Capital.
