Road to the Highest Ruler No. 3 is a notebook owned by Ainz Ooal Gown.
Description
For Ainz, who used to be an average person, acting like a leader was difficult. Thus, he repeatedly practiced playing that role just in case a situation called for it. Of course, the entire memo pad was filled with phrases Ainz came up with.[1]

From the description, it was described to be merely a simple memo pad.
Abilities
The notepad contains all of Ainz’s thoughts and phrases he believes a Ruler should say in a given situation.

- In the Light Novels, the notebook is never named and there is only one version.
- To protect his reputation as Nazarick’s perfect Ruler he locks this item in his Magic Box.
