Red Chanchanko vs. Purple Hag (
Description[]
Solution Epsilon having been given a project by Albedo to create an undead theatre troupe to promote a positive image of the undead, turned to the elder liches at Ashurbanipal for any stories that she could use for a performance.
The librarians had some examples of stories that had characters that were easy to understand though sadly they were in the horror genre such as the Red Chanchanko vs. Purple Hag and not quite what Solution was looking for as they dealt in killing the living. Although Solution wanted to read it the next time she had time.[1]
Appearance[]
No information is given on the book's appearance.
Abilities[]
The work was a short horror story.
Trivia[]
- In Japan, a red chanchanko, a vest, is a traditional gift for one's 60th birthday. Red is associated with "luck" and the number 60 is represents "rebirth".
- The Purple Hag originates from a Japanese ghost story and urban legend. Supposedly the Purple Hag is a ghost of an old woman in purple kimono with waist long hair and long nails. She appears out of a school toilet, attacking anyone in the stall, to eat their livers unless they say a special chant three times in a row.
