Queen were said to command respect. Though a queen of a nation had various duties, as according to Demiurge, queens had to carry the burden in producing a successor for their nation. Four definite qualities of a queen were needed: sociability, problem-solving, cooking and artistry. Queens were expected to have an active role in public relations in international diplomacy and well-verse in social situations to avoid diplomatic incidents with upper-class nobles from other countries. Additionally, the female rulers were required to have flexible minds to solve various crises. Cooking or at least an understanding of a menu's preparation were another aspect to that as it would be necessary to welcome and please foreign dignitaries.
