Qipao or cheongsam (傾城傾国 (チャイナドレス) ) is an item from YGGDRASIL.

Description

A well known type of qipao that appears is Downfall of Castle and Country, a national treasure of the Slane Theocracy.

Appearance

A type of ladies' full length dress that was high-necked collar, with two long slits on either sides.

Abilities

Generally this type of dress item has no abilities and are decorative, though a few have been known to possess powerful effects.

Trivia

• The qipao originates from China and is considered its national dress.
• In Mass for the Dead, Shalltear Bloodfallen wore a qipao that given to her by Peroroncino to celebrate the founding of the Sorcerer Kingdom. Included with the qipao are two dance fans that can produce attacks like a raging storm.
• Later in another game event, Shalltear wore it for New Year's. Though it did not fight with the traditional kimonos for New Year's celebration. Shalltear wore it because it allowed her to fight openly against the copy of Shiramochi-ō.
• At Casino Resort Nazarick for "Rare Item Acquisition Day", Albedo wore a qipao when acting as a moderator alongside Lupusregina Beta.
• Antilene Heran Fouche also appears to wear one, while trying new clothes to pass the time.
• Shalltear was seen wearing her Qipao in the Chaos Relic “Thank You For Everything” in the 6th Anniversary Chaos Relic Pack.
