Summary[]
Pestonya Shortcake Wanko having hot beverage at the Bar alongside with Éclair Éklair Éklare learns from Sous-chef of his taxing work of teaching the Pleiades. While the Sous-chef does not dislike it since it is an order from the Supreme Being, he finds the Pleiades to be more about combat than acting like maids.
Pestonya admits that since its their job to please the Supreme Beings it can't be helped. Since they feel that way, Éclair makes a suggestion of them making him the ruler of the Great Tomb of Nazarick, promising that once he rules the tomb Piki would not have to do unreasonable tasks or allow the combat maids in the bar. However he soon realizes that his colleagues are now giving him the silent treatment. Once he stops his proclamation, he is gently scolded by the two for having thoughts to takeover Nazarick.
Tis depressed the penguin realizing he made a fool of himself of aiming for the throne of Nazarick, though Pestonya states it is not his fault as he was made that way by the Supreme Beings. Éclair thanks her for her comforting words. Sous-chef inspired by the two's friendship, offers two glasses of a new drink he's made. The two find it delicious, even though the Sous-chef did not have to, but to the myconid it was his pleasure. He makes a quick observation that the Head Maid had stopped using her speech ticks of the ~woof suffixes. This causes Pestonya to be shocked and barks in embarrassment.
