During her trip to E-Rantel, Enri Emmot wishing to sell Carne Village's collected herbs decided rather than sell them to the Pharmacist's Guild, instead would sell them to the Adventurer's Guild. Her reason was that she wished to avoid being scammed by the shrewd pharmacists and avoid strenuous paperwork.[1]

The guild appears to administer all trade regarding the acquisition and sale of herbs in E-Rantel.

- The Adventurer's Guild is used as a mediator in negotiating the acquisition of herbs.
- In Mass for the Dead, Princess Renner contracted the Pharmacist's Guild to prepare healing potions in the event of the scenario that Gazef Stronoff was critically injured.[4]
- After the Calamity of Cracks, the protagonist approached the Pharmacist's Guild in treating the citizens of E-Rantel experiencing physical and mental trauma.[5]
