In the early days of the Catastrophe, Panasolei found an injured Clementine in E-Rantel who was being pursued by the Sunlight Scripture. The mayor intervened to save her life by hiring several powerful healers to restore her to full health. Clementine upon awakening and already emotionally conflicted due to experiencing genuine kindness from a young girl who met a tragic end, asked the mayor if he saved her because it was "only natural". In truth the noble admitted that he had a motive, unlike that the little girl Clementine met before who the mayor believed was a true saint. The mayor offered an explanation as to why he expended so many resources to save her, as during this dark period of human history, humanity needed strong warriors to defend themselves.
Panasolei knew who Clementine was as he heard rumors of her exploits in the Theocracy. He noted that such rumors normally would be unheard off but it showcased how even the strongest of nations were struggling in these trying times. Despite her being a criminal, Panasolei wanted her cooperation to protect E-Rantel. And even though he knew that sheltering her would compromise the edicts of the Tripartite Agreement, he devised a way for Clementine to change her entire personality to be a saintly woman who contributed to humanity's betterment. So much so that even the Kingdom cannot extradite her to the Theocracy. And knowing of Clementine's inner conflict of her previous savior, suggested it would maybe help her understand why someone like that little girl would save a woman like herself. The mayor helped tutor her in altering mannerisms to the point of switching personalities through acting, as he himself was an experienced veteran.[6]
After the Catastrophe, the mayor worked with several officials in E-Rantel which became the base of the Tripartite Alliance. At one such meetings he listened to Saint Clementine's report on a new adventurer and his achievements. Much later in an investigation of an outbreak of aggressive Sanitary Slimes, Panasolei attended a hearing where Lakyus Alvein Dale Aindra accused Hilma Cygnaeus as the culprit before the city officials. The new adventurer was also under suspicion as he and his team worked with Hilma to bring her herbs that could have been used to mutate the slimes plaguing the sewers. However the two were cleared of the charges as it was determined that the cause of the slimes' mutation was a freak accident. Once everything was straighten out, Panasolei directed the council's attention to handling the infestation in the sewers. When Gazef Stronoff offered to deal with it, Panasolei disagreed as he could not risk the Kingdom's trump card so lightly. Instead the protagonist and his adventurer team volunteered to deal with the situation. When teh adventurers returned after defeating the slimes, Panasolei and the others at the hearing were shocked at their feat.[7]
When the fields of the fourth wall of the city produced a bountiful harvest, Panasolei headed a meeting with the various city leaders, including the protagonist on how to distribute the harvest. It was agreed by the council that a Harvest Festival should be organized to celebrate the good fortune and was voted that the protagonist would be the organizer. After the protagonist brought a proposal to have a Halloween style festival, Panasolei and his peers approved it. He was then seen addressing the crowd at the festival before a mock battle demonstration and signaled the participants to start the exhibition.[8]
After news reached him that Zurrernorn, were plotting to use a Super Giant Sanitary Slime to bring ruin to his city, the mayor formally requested to Pluton Ainzach to have the adamantite adventurers deal with the monstrosity.[9]
For a proposal to address the increasing number of homeless and orphaned children in E-Rantel, the protagonist presented a proposal to create an orphanage to shelter and educate them. The mayor was receptive to the proposal, along with several city officials, but the proposal faced kickback by the Nobility Faction who were concerned that the orphanage would be a tool for the Sorcerer Kingdom. Later it was revealed that those same nobles were involved in being brokers of a child slave trade. After a raid was conducted on their base, by the adventurers and city guards, the Adventurer's Guild petitioned the mayor to take legal action on the nobles.[10]
In the aftermath of the Calamity of Cracks, during the reconstruction of E-Rantel, the mayor attended a meeting with the remaining city leaders to address the plummeting morale of the residents with the "protagonist". To lift their spirits the mayor and Ainzach wanted to host another "Greetings and Victory" Festival with the assistance of the Sorcerer Kingdom. Once the representative of the Sorcerer Kingdom relayed the proposal to his superiors, the mayor promised to offer any help to get the festival going. Then at the festival, Panasolei accompanied Prince Zanac and his guards to meet the guests of honor: Shall, Ku and Aura. After the festival's end, Panasolei expressed his gratitude to the Sorcerer Kingdom for making the event possible.[11]
Later after a plan to create a hot spring bathhouse in E-Rantel was approved, the protagonist was said to be having discussions with the mayor on how to transport water to the baths.[12]
The mayor was in Ro-Lente Castle when the Chaos Adaptive Equipment was finally mass produced by the Sorcerer Kingdom. As a prelude to the rescue mission to the Crack, a pep rally was to be organized in honor of the Sorcerer Kingdom. He met with Prince Zanac and Marquis Raeven to discuss the attendance of those on the Re-Estize Kingdom's side of the delegation. He as relieved to hear that the prince would keep the attendance at a minimal and prevent other nobles from attending to lessen the political drama.
The mayor had high expectations for the prep rally as he saw it hope to humanity. It would not only raise the momentum of the rescue operation, but show international gratitude towards the Sorcerer Kingdom for their aid in repairing E-Rantel and fostering cooperation between the nations. When questioned about the attendee list from the Theocracy, the mayor sadly reported he had yet to receive it.
Later at the venue of the pep rally, Panasolei was one of the speakers, giving reminders to the gathered participants to take special care of the equipment provided by the Sorcerer Kingdom for the upcoming operation. And later gave the final message to the representatives of the Sorcerer Kingdom: Aura and Mare.[13]
Abilities and Powers[]
When acting as E-Rantel's mayor, Panasolei had complete authority over the fortress city. He also possesses some accounting abilities, as he was able to forecast and analyze the financial health of the Kingdom.
Relationships[]
Ramposa III[]
Due to being a loyal servant of the king and the Royal Faction, Panasolei is very familiar to his liege. As seen during their interactions, despite his physical appearance making it more difficult, Panasolei is shown to offer the king the outmost respect as his superior and loyally does his best to assist him in dealing with the various issues regarding the immensely corrupt kingdom and address its many issues. This is seen where he and Ramposa himself shares many things with each other, as seen where they both harbor genuine care for the commoners of the Kingdom and genuinely want to better it for their sakes.
However as seen by the events of Volume 14, despite his loyalty towards the King, Pansasolei is evidently far more loyal to the Kingdom as a whole. This is seen where Panasolei himself willingly assisted and backed Prince Zanac in dethroning Ramposa due to his foolish insistence with peace with the Sorcerer Kingdom despite how destructively clear the hostile state made it their intentions known in order to properly prepare the Kingdom for war.

After the failed assassination of Gazef Stronoff, the mayor provided him and his troops' medical assistance and shelter.
