This is the thirty-second chapter of the Overlord Manga.
Summary
Sebas Tian seeing that the injured woman is clutching the hem of his pants, calmly asks her to let go. The butler further asks if she is in need of assistance but is interrupted by a man that emerged from the building she was thrown from. The man demands what the butler is doing and telling him to get lost. Unperturbed by the aggression, Sebas Tian maintains his friendly cordial behavior easily lifts him in the air with one arm. He demands to know 'what' the woman is.
The man responds frighteningly that she is one their employees. Sebas Tian counter stating he asked what she was, and find it ironic that the man refers her to a human being rather than an object. He demands to know what will happen to her. The thug hastily gives the answer that she will be taken to the Temple to be healed. However sees through the lie and tightens his grip, warning the human from further deceit.
The man continues maintaining his story that he was taking the woman to the temple after being released by the butler.
Sebas notes that his actions are going in conflict with Ainz Ooal Gown. He asks once more if the girl wishes to be saved. As he waits he ponders his actions and whether if Ainz Ooal Gown would forgive him for this transgression. The girl through momentous effort manages to whisper, "Save me", motivating Sebas Tian that his course is true and swears to protect her.
When Sebas declares his intentions, the man frantically tries to warn him about Eight Fingers. The man pleads to the butler not to take her away as the organization would kill him. Sebas Tian considers killing the man to silence him, but seeing him as a way to buy time to get the girl to safety instead throws a couple platinum coins.
He tells the man to buy himself an adventurer bodyguard and flee the city. In addition he invites the man to walk with while as he has some questions that need to be answered.
