This is the twenty-eighth chapter of the Overlord Manga.
Summary
Gazef Stronoff spotted someone familiar in the alley, and realizes that it's actually his old rival, Brain Unglaus. He sees how much Brain has changed and asks what had happened to him.
Brain claims that he met a monster that made him realize that humans were insignificant creatures and that the two of them are nothing. Gazef realizes that Brain's soul had been shattered and forces him to follow to his house.
In a remote village, two men are patrolling in the field. Unbeknownst to them, two figures are following them and suddenly kill them. A third figure reanimates them and separate them to finish their mission. The field belongs to Eight Fingers, a criminal organization, and the field grows Black Dust.
