Main Summary Edit
Ainz Ooal Gown wishes to be a benign master of Nazarick by allowing his subordinates take break. In order to encourage them, he decides to live by example and declares that he will be taking a vacation. His intentions have the opposite effect however over the servant staff of Nazarick.
In his quarters, Ainz Ooal Gown watches the maid that is personally serving him for the day. The Sorcerer King is uneasy at the continuous surveillance by his followers and also despite his best efforts has failed to convince the maids in Nazarick to accept his time-off proposal. Instead, they prefer to continue working, disheartening him as this is not the ethical organization he wishes to promote.
As Ainz ponders how he could improve the maids' situation, he comes up with the idea to create a holiday schedule in which the maids would have to mandatory accept the breaks and vacation days. In order to implement this plan, Ainz decides to create a precedent, by declaring that he would be taking three days of vacation. He reasons if his subordinates see him enjoying his vacation, it will set an example for them to follow as well.
Unfortunately, after he left the details of his 'vacation' to Albedo, she immediately summoned the entire Homunculus Maids staff, Manservant of Nazarick, and even the Pleiades to Ainz's quarters. Since Albedo did not know how many maids he would need to help her master out during his vacation, she felt it prudent to have everyone take part.
Angst at how his orders were twisted, Ainz still vowed to make Nazarick into an ethical work place for his children.
