Guardian Women's Pajamas Party is (守護者女子パジャマパーティー) is the fifty-eighth chapter of the Overlord: The Undead Oh! series.
Summary[]
In the Adipocere Chamber, Shalltear Bloodfallen and Aura Bella Fiora are wearing pajamas for their pajama party hosted by the former. Albedo arrives to show off her pajamas clothes.
They are a baby doll nightgown which Shalltear argues doesn't count as pajamas. Albedo chooses to ignore the vampire and instead flaunts herself in her nightwear. In fact she finds it ironic
Shalltear would say such a think, given her perverted personality and tastes. The vampire offers Albedo a new change of pajamas, but before doing so, she and Aura allow themselves to admire the baby doll nightgown.
Once Albedo is wearing the pajamas Shalltear received from Peroroncino, the three ladies have snacks and drinks on the bed. Aura still curious about what a slumber party is asks Albedo who proceeds to do a finger heart and explains that from what she read about pajama parties they enable people to talk in a relaxed stated thereby bringing out the true feelings that they usually do not show.
The topic turns to discussing the main person both Shalltear and Albedo have feelings for which reverently speak on his initials.
Being an open secret of that the two have an infatuation with Ainz Ooal Gown, Aura spells out the initials as AOG. When the hear her utter the initials they are shocked on how deep she read their feelings.
So deep that they assume that the reason why Aura boldly called their master that name, is that the elf aims to also win Ainz's heart. Though the dark elf doesn't see it as a big deal and maintains she has no interest in their love rivalry.
Shalltear comes to a realization that not only are there three letters that make up their master's initials but there could be three girls fighting over Ainz. She and Albedo whisper secretly to each other, still not convinced of Aura's intentions with Ainz given that she is of age. This would make Ainz, Aura's first love, but something like that doesn't always come to fruition.
For Aura, the two other women feel that they have an obligation as seniors to encourage her love and yet also at the same time stop it. Even so, it creates a conflict of feelings within themselves.
Aura banally watches her two pajama mates in their drama, annoyed that a simple piece of knowledge got exploded out of proportion. Aura initially has no interest in fighting over Ainz, she changes her mind. While she does not want to admit its Ainz, she decides to play along out of her sense of competition against the two female Floor Guardians.
To be sure of Aura person of interest, Shalltear asks what Aura like about "a person" which the elf replies that she likes those who are kind and benevolent. Albedo associates to someone like Pestonya Shortcake Wanko. The news is not surprising to Shalltear as she recalls that Head Maid's creator, Ankoro Mocchi Mochi, was friends with Bukubukuchagama.
Albedo sees that the relationship is just platonic between Aura and Pestonya. Seeing how Pestonya always ends her sentences with a inflexion, Shalltear wonders about the maid's orientation is similar to herself. Aura flatly rejects that Pestonya could have the same tastes as the good-hearted maid much to the vampire's chagrin.
Another question is raise by Shalltear. If Aura is friendly with the creations of Ankoro friends then should she not be friendly with Éclair Éklair Éklare? The thought of Aura being friendly with the arrogant penguin causes both Albedo and Shalltear to reevaluate their impression of the 6th Floor Guardian.
In truth Aura feels only pity for the penguin as he always following behind Ainz, but her peers look at her strangely. They ask if they person she is interested in has a beak which she denies. This makes the two relieved that Éclair is not Aura's first love.
Aura is asked if she ever talked to the person she was interested in. Aura confesses back in the old days it was impossible to have a conversation to the individual. Albedo notes that since the disappearance of the Supreme Beings that restriction has been lifted for them all. But soon the conversation is turned on the new inhabitants of the 6th Floor that were brought from the outside. Albedo immediately brings up the name Pinison Pol Perlia a dryad that assisted Nazarick in helping to defeat the Evil Tree and has since moved to Aura's floor. They brought up the dryad because the two believe it was not entirely impossible for Aura to have interest in someone outside of Nazarick.
They compel Aura to give them more clues, though Aura only tells them its someone on the lower floors. It narrows down the search. More queries are answered as the person in question does not eat human flesh like Entoma Vasilissa Zeta.
Albedo then asks if the person is smart and knowledgeable and it is confirmed by Aura. Aura is smug as she is leading Albedo and Shalltear bits and pieces that she herself is a potential love rival.
It was her hope that Albedo comes to the desired conclusion of who she has affections for and shock her, but Albedo comes to the idea it is not Ainz Ooal Gown, but Titus Annaeus Secundus. Shalltear hearing is confused as to why Albedo came to that idea.
The Overseer Guardian is adamant that her conclusion is correct stemming from the fact she knows everyone in Nazarick, including the Overlords of the library.
She surmises that Mare Bello Fiore was the point of contact between Aura and the Chief Librarian probably exchanging letters or diaries in their relationship. They get a laugh rolling around about Aura's supposed crush which Aura tries to ignore by feasting on the snacks.
Albedo regaining her composure, asks Aura a final question, which Aura hopes to turn the tables by announcing that her crush is Ainz so that they stop treating her like a kid. However she internal tries to convince herself that she doesn't have any romantic feelings only admiration for the Supreme Being. However Albedo asks if Aura has confessed yet causing Aura to give an emotional outburst that its a Supreme Being.
To her astonishment the two take the news in stride calling how it was a blind spot in their assumptions. But they make the wrong conclusion again as Ulbert Alain Odle. This leaves Aura stunned as they congratulate her on her first love, offering words of encouragement, promising to keep it a secret.
