500 Billion Yen Movie Promotion (5000億の男のための映画宣伝) is the fifty-fourth chapter of the Overlord: The Undead Oh! series.

CZ2128 Delta catches a baseball in a glove recording its speed at 124 km from Ainz Ooal Gown. Albedo praises her master's throw though Momonga states that it is knowing. He is curious as why he is training and is told by Albedo it is for the opening ceremony to his confusion. To elaborate it is for the opening ceremony to promote the movie version of Overlord. It is for the movie adaption of the Holy Kingdom, which was reported at the same time as for the fourth season of Overlord (Anime). Ainz finds this is great news to fans and Nazarick, but he has a question over the banners outside the tomb.
There is a practice of calling the person who represent a movie by the amount of the domestic box office. And Albedo intends to make Ainz to be a 500 billion man. The current maximum domestic office revenue as of November 2021 is 40 billion yen. The goal to Ainz seems a different magnitude and even may be unrealizable. Albedo does not hear as she receives a incoming [Message] tell her that the domestic box office revenue is now over 400 billion yen from according to CZ using her function given to her by Garnet.
Albedo states that it is as Ainz prediction of the 40 billion yen was as predicted though to this her master is clueless. Now all that is left is to somehow achieve the remaining 460 billion yen box office revenue.
Going back to the promotion, Ainz thinks the opening ceremony is a bit too crazy. Albedo begs to differ as the type of promotion is used by KADOKAWA in producing and distributing movies. Albedo directs her master to a room where Demiurge, Pandora's Actor, and Entoma Vasilissa Zeta are brainstorming ideas for advertisement.
Ainz comes and Demiurge introduces him to an idea in progress. Using illusion magic created by Entoma, which is an advertising car with a giant 3-D representation of Momonga. Doing such a spectacle would attract attention especially on SNS. The statue of Ainz of course would need to be a lying one to avoid complications on the height. But such a posture would not be dignified which Pandora's Actor recommends putting Momonga in a showcase of Momonga on wheels.
That being said ideas like doing an advertising wrap around a bus could work. But Albedo thinks that wrapping the advertisement around a train car would be more effective. Other suggestions of greater grandeur are proposed, like using a airplane carrier or even a blimp for advertisement. However all such ideas would need an inexhaustible budget. Ainz stresses this at the meeting and to use a truck with an advertisement on the side of it. The NPCs lament on how they will not spread Ainz's majesty. Seeing their disappointed looks, Ainz decides to forgo concerns about the budget so that they can continue their brainstorming for the promotion.
Besides they still don't know what they will be doing. Demiurge suggests that using a commonly used advertisement method fo promoting the movie using popular entertainers for voice casting. Though thinking about that the issue is that famous entertainers may not be noticeable unless the credits are viewed in a movie but still is something that could be pursued. The thought causes some emotional excitement for Ainz. Then its agreed that the names of the voice actors need to be released along with the promotion.
Next is the age restriction for the movie, and Demiurge believes blood and gore is good for all demographics and Albedo even wants to attract the family element to the movie, but adding PG-12. A catch phrase should be added to appeal to families like saying the movie was based on romance or a true story. But such ideas seem to be stretching the truth a bit to Ainz. A title would also need to be devised as one had not been formally released yet. This leads the NPCs to to suggests the names "Overlord: Ain'z Adventure in the Holy Kingdom", "Overlord Movie: The Great Battle of the Holy Kingdom", or "Overlord: Paladin of the Holy Kingdom".
Thinking serious Demiurge realizes that the effective promotion is to use mass media to promote the movie. A preview thus should be held for the premiere of the film in Japan. Albedo adds that there should be special guests, namely Ainz. And that he will give interviews to discuss the materials on a live broadcast. Albedo is more concentrated on the presentation of the premiere noting that it should contain fans and large banners cheering for Overlord as well as evident hashtags of the movie. Next that would come are the reviews and feedback from the fans after watching the premiere. All the effort as calculated by CZ following the progress amounts to 500 billion yen for the box office revenue. To add incentive to see the movie they should give weekly benefits privileges'.
Everyone is excited on achieving the framed up goal. Though Ainz point out that they do not know when exactly the movie is suppose to come out, only that it was revealed around the same time season 4 of Overlord was announced. And the credits of the chapter end that despite Overlord: The Undead Oh! to hold some of the latest news about Overlord, fans are informed to wait patiently for the release of Overlord: The Holy Kingdom.
