Difficulties Talking to the Ruler (支配者の喋り方ってむずかしい) is the fifteenth chapter of the Overlord: The Undead Oh! series.
Summary[]
Ainz Ooal Gown ends a meeting with Demiurge giving his approval for a task. After the Floor Guardian leaves the Overlord lets down the facade he's been using as a leader of Nazaick. He comments to himself that he doesn't know how long he can maintain this ruse. Admitting his shortcoming, Ainz acknowledges that his intelligence lacks compared to Ainz and Albedo. After all he himself only has an elementary level school education and his ruler persona that he adopted is the result of his memories from cool and charismatic bosses he observed in YGGDRASIL. His acts as the Overlord of Nazarick and even Momon are just shows of power and he laments on his weaknesses.
Ainz wonders if he should continue to read books in Ashurbanipal to learn to be a better ruler, though he decides that what he needs is someone to talk to about his problem. The Overlord finds himself in the Treasury speaking with Pandora's Actor initially on ghost skins, waiting for the right time to speak with his creation on his issue. Speaking with Pandora's Actor he comes up with the idea to use the Doppelgänger as his double so as to maintain his mannerism and speech as Nazarick's leader as the Area Guardian has an imprint of his personality but also a perspective of what people expect to be the ideal Ainz Ooal Gown. To practice, Ainz has Pandora's Actor convert words for Ainz into more suitable terms that are more regal. As they go through this game Ainz feels more and more unsophisticated compared to Pandora's Actor's responses. He then asks his creation to convert a small message he plans give to his comrades should they appear in the New World, which Pandora's Actor converts in a more intimidating and mature fashion. However Ainz feels that it is a bit too threatening. Pandora's Actor as it turns out believed Ainz was welcoming enemies hence why he phrased it that way unaware his was sending a message to the other Supreme Beings. Ainz then believes perhaps he should address himself as Momonga rather than Ainz. Pushing that aside the two continue the language exercise.
