Orichalcum (オリハルコン) is a metal found in YGGDRASIL and the New World.
Description[]
Orichalcum among adamantite were ultra-rare metals in the New World. Though by YGGDRASIL standards they were a grade below the Prismatic Ores. In addition, it was considered to be second highest rank an adventurer could achieve.[1][2]
Appearance[]
In the Anime orichalcum is portrayed as a dark violet metal.
Abilities[]
Orichalcum was an enchanted metal that was stronger than mithril.
Trivia[]
- Some creatures in Overlord such as Pe Riyuro and the La-Angler Lava Lord possess hides and scales that are just as strong as orichalcum.[3][4]
- Orichalcum does not exist in the Web Novel.
