Background
Noah originally purchased a swath of land with the intention to build a casino on top of it. Though it was illegal, Eight Fingers had successfully built the associated mansion, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the remainder of the plans had to be cancelled. He and the rest of the Executive Council was later enslaved by Nazarick and was forced to cooperate with them after they staged the attack on the capital of the Kingdom.
