Natural Forest Chocolate (滋養と香りのフォレスト・チョコ) is a dish prepared in the Great Tomb of Nazarick.

Description

A chocolate confection created by Aura Bella Fiora and Yuri Alpha for a taste party devised by Mare Bello Fiore and hosted by Momonga.

Appearance

A confection of dark chocolate and brown nuts.

Abilities

A chocolate treat that's actually a mendiant, in which it is composed of thinly stretched chocolate topped with nuts and pulp that is melted, cooled and hardened. It is made with Longevity Nuts from the Great Forest of Tob. The nuts were kneaded and ground by Yuri Alpha and mixed in with a chocolate batter. Though it may seem simple, the recipe is a complicated one as the aroma from the nuts appeals to a consumer's sense of smell. It's other appeal was its simplicity and texture that the sweetness of scent and taste mix.

Trivia

• This confection was selected to be used for diplomatic functions, as it used a local ingredient from the New World that could be familiar to the inhabitants that could be combined with an exotic substance like chocolate for them to handle.
• Later due to the high demand for the confection in E-Rantel, Nazarick with the assistance of the Head Chef and the maid Foire helped produce a treat that could be mass produced.
• After being introduced to the people of E-Rantel, the members of the Sunlight Scripture began using them as travel rations, becoming avid chocolate lovers.
• The chocolate treat were briefly mentioned by Foire when she was being interviewed by Cocytus in his task to create a new "chilled chocolate" product.
• A new luxurious batch was created to replace a batch of chocolates that were promised for a noble's party but were unfortunately eaten by sanitary slimes. To make this batch special, cream was added to the recipe.
