Minotaur Sage (口だけの賢者) was a minotaur of the Great Minotaur Nation, who lived over two hundred years ago, and proposed the creation and implementation of modern appliances and techniques.

Appearance

Minotaur Sage was a minotaur who wielded an axe.

Personality

Little is known about the sage's personality, but from third hand accounts, he seemed to be quite a braggart, spreading his views of various wonders.

Background

Supposedly in the past, Minotaur Sage was considered to be a player from YGGDRASIL who introduced the concept of modern household goods to the new world, such as refrigerators and fans. At the time, his proposals were met with skepticism by the New World inhabitants, as he was unable to explain or clarify how such items functioned or why were needed. Due to his bantering, it earned him the title of Minotaur Sage and his name spread throughout the central continent.[1]

According to the author, the Minotaur Sage once came upon a certain ranch to try some delicious meat. At the beginning, he seemed to want to eat the dish, but he never ate the ingredients in his lifetime.[2]

In addition, he brought a social change in the Great Minotaur Nation by raising the statuses of humans from being simply used as livestock to slaves.

He also suggested the ideal surgical operation, which is the barbaric method of cutting open a body to remove diseased portions as a cure to symptoms or epidemics.

Gazef Stronoff on the other hand, described the Sage's method as "barbarous", causing the King to jokingly say it would be nice if they were able to magically heal the Kingdom's problems.[4]

Abilities and Powers

Minotaur Sage's skills were looked upon as beyond a first-class warrior and left behind the legend that one swing of his axe could create tornadoes or split the earth.
