Minister of Internal Affairs (軍務尚書) was the tentative name of a noble that served the Re-Estize Kingdom.

The Witch of the Falling Kingdom Arc[]

The Minister of Internal Affairs was the speaker who began the emergency court meeting, to discuss the fallout between the Re-Estize Kingdom and the Sorcerer Kingdom. A grain convoy that was meant to serve as humanitarian aid from the Sorcerer Kingdom to the Holy Kingdom had been taken by force by a citizen of the Kingdom. In response, the Sorcerer Kingdom declared war on the offending nation. To make matters worse the declaration of war possessed the seals of various neighboring nations that supported the Sorcerer Kingdom.
The Minister of Internal Affairs was asked on the contents of the document. He disclosed that while he could not speak for the entire Kingdom, about seven-tenths of those within the court believed the incident to be a ploy of the Sorcerer Kingdom. A tenth believes that it was done by highwaymen and the remaining two-tenths that it was the plot of a third nation. As the discussion went on the minister knowing full well that the Kingdom could not survive another battle with the Sorcerer Kingdom, suggested to his king that they surrender and offer themselves as a vassal state. His idea was met with criticism calling it dishonorable. The king politely rejected the idea on the basis it would be a betrayal to the generations of citizens of the nation.[1]

The Minister appears to be a loyal retainer to the king, even Zanac noted that they communicated on the deeper level through their gazes.
