Midnight in Nazarick (夜更けのナザリック) by Gather (かわまる) is the thirty-first chapter of the Overlord Official Comic A La Carte series.
Summary
Shalltear Bloodfallen ask if she could trouble Demiurge. Seeing Mare Bello Fiore sleeping on his back, Shalltear asks what is going on. Demiurge explains that Mare had a nightmare of Ainz Ooal Gown leaving the Great Tomb of Nazarick and he is carrying him around to help him sleep. Shalltear agrees that is indeed a nightmare. Demiurge also informs her that Cocytus is sleeping on the couch, after having a nightmare of being beaten by the lizardmen. The vampire notes he is asleep which Demiurge attributes to his song that he sang to Mare. Demuirge then asks Shalltear what is wrong. Embarrassed, Shalltear is hesitant to tell her colleague that she is having conflicting thoughts during her time when she betrayed Ainz. She feels that she has not right to consult Demiurge on this issue and makes an excuse that she was just tired and stumbled into the room. Demiurge sees through this lie and encourages to share her problem with him and has her sit in a seat chair. Shalltear asks for him to not laugh. Demiurge accurately asks if she wants him to help her control her [Blood Frenzy]. She changes the subject and asks who composed the song he gave to Mare. Demiurge confirms that he composed it to spread praise and glory to Ainz and beings to sing. Ainz hearing bits of the song, peeks into the room and sees that Floor Guardians, Demiurge included, have fallen asleep.
