Mianatalon was present in the throne chamber of Olasid'arc when [[Pe Riyuro]] brought a request for aid in repelling the invaders from the [[Dwarf Kingdom]]. After the Dragon Lord dismissed the [[Quagoa]], he asked his concubines their opinion on the matter. Unlike the other two concubines, Mianatalon preferred to stay out of the conversation, finding it boring.

When Hejinmal arrived with [[Ainz Ooal Gown|Ainz]] and [[Gondo Firebeard|Gondo]] upon his back, acting subservient, both she and Munuinia were shocked by this development. After the two caught the scent of the value of Ainz's clothes, the female Frost Dragons fail to detect the danger they were in after their lord demanded Ainz to hand his vestments over. She witnessed her mate killed with a mere gesture.

When the undead known as Ainz Ooal Gown, asked which among the dragons was Hejinmal's mother, Munuinia along with her two companions answered in fear for their lives. Ainz believing that each dragon played a part in Hejinmal's upbringing asked the young dragon to clarify this. Hejinmal confirmed this to be 'true', thus sparing the trio.

Mianatalon and the rest of the concubines were dismissed to gather their children to be presented to Ainz. when Ainz easily killed Olasird'arc and asked Hejinmal who was his mother, Mianatalon said she was in order to save herself. Hejinmal himself noted that her eyes trying to despairtly ingratiate with him.
