Mantle is a type of apparel used by players of YGGDRASIL and the inhabitants of the New World.
Description
In the Web Novel, mantles are a standard gear that all adventurers should possess, according to the Innkeeper at E-Rantel.
Appearance
Mantles are a type of loose garment usually worn over indoor clothing to serve as an overcoat. They are mostly long, loose cape-like cloaks.
Abilities
Mantles can be used as cover from the rain. Heat will be stolen from your body when a person gets wet. In addition, it can be used as a makeshift blanket in substitute for a bedroll.[1] However those are only the standard uses, so far in the series, a multitude of cloaks mantles have appeared possessing various abilities. Mostly are related to protection of the elements and stealth.
