Malefic Spear (魔封投擲槍 (まふうとうてきやり) ) is a weapon that appears in Mass for the Dead.

Description

A weapon developed by Fluder Paradyne as a deterrent against Chaos Beasts under the orders of Emperor Jircniv Rune Farlord El-Nix. It combines magic and technology into a devastating weapon.

Appearance

The device itself can be wheeled to a battlefield and according to the imperial knights resembles something of a stone thrower or crossbow.

Abilities

A weapon that ejects a spear that causes a magical explosion. Even if an opponent has a hard shell, the effect will be great because magic will be activated after it penetrates the shell of a target.

Trivia

• When ten thousand Chaos Beasts headed straight towards E-Rantel, the Empire unleashed this new weapon to effectively slaughter the monsters.
• Jircniv Rune Farlord El-Nix after being captured by Demon Emperor Jaldabaoth holds some suspicions that the weapon Fluder developed was not actually his own making but perhaps bestowed to him in exchange for betraying the Baharuth Empire.
