Background[]
The new idol group was created after the protagonist and Slimeko brought word to Momonga, Albedo, and Demiurge that the Slane Theocracy had concerns about the hero worship of the protagonist's "Dark Warrior" persona and the Adventurer's Guild plans to launch products associated with the franchise. The success of the "Dark Warrior" image in E-Rantel was seen as good news to those in Nazarick. It was credited all due to the Idol Plan that was experimented in Nazarick using the Homunculus Maids as a test group to create a method to heal the trauma of the human inhabitants from Jaldabaoth's invasion and also to avoid the old and new sections of E-Rantel from coming into conflict. Not only did they succeed but now their plan had reaped even more benefits of having the hearts of humans in their grasp and also raising their kingdom's reputation among the Tripartite Alliance.
However as the Idol Plan was sandwiched between the concerns of the Theocracy and the guild, there needed to be some new alterations to their plan and improve the situation. The protagonist proposed that Nazarick simply standardize the franchise to maintain popularity, introduce some new characters other than the "Dark Warrior" and release some new variations of the doll merchandise. This way they avoid focusing too much on the "Dark Warrior" and shift focus on other members of the team Darkness like Soi. In order to predict how the human consumers and enthusiasts would react to this and to avoid diminishing the franchise, a new kind of experiment was proposed to be launched. LittleMass would be called again to participate, though this time a new character would be introduced in the idol group.

Mass for the Dead Arc[]

At the Amphitheater LittleMass made returned on a live show before their fans. This time they introduced a new idol joining their ranks, Neutrally. Once the new idol was introduced, the Pleiades entered the stage and produced to conduct a battle with the idols whilst they sang. Once the first show ended, the group were then taken to their dressing room to take a break. There the idols and the protagonist devise that they could adapt the musical format to the marketing of the "Dark Warrior" product line. Not only that a new type of dolls with cloth tags were devised with unique phrases attached. The ideas were put into practice and were well received by the general maids with their new commemorative merchandise from the idols.
While taking a break at the Gigantic Tree where the three idols and their support staff have tea to discuss the progress of the idol live show. The topic turned to the next live show where all the idols decide to abolish the Chaos Beast Subjugation Live show as previously done before as they do not want to risk the safety of the maids in the audience. Instead they chose to entertain their guests with a musical score. AT the second live show that had a coordinated mock battle with Mare Bello Fiore and Cocytus. Whilst entertaining the general maids the idols and their team came up with the ideas of new novelty items such as quote tags on dolls, lottery system and new characters to heighten fan interest.
The final live show would then take place at the site of their first debut on the 6th Floor. This time though they would fight against Sebas Tian, Momonga and a Primal Fire Elemental. After the live campaign ended, Aura, Shalltear and Albedo resumed their normal roles as Floor Guardians. The ideas that were tested by LittleMasStar during the experiment were then taken and applied into E-Rantel at the Adventurer's Guild.[1]
Much later, after the protagonist's successful rescue of the Pleiades from the Crack, Lupusregina and CZ taking inspiration from a bard in Arwintar started the Bard Plan and sought to utilize bards to promote the Sorcerer Kingdom's fame. They recruited Narberal into their ranks, and based their theme on rock music, forming Βγδth. LittleMasStar returned to the limelight to perform a live show with the up-in-coming rock band before the general maids in the Amphitheater. The senior entertainment group won the mock battle, but the idols praised the efforts for their junior and encouraged them to keep improving.[2]
During Enhela Read Gahi taking over the management system of Nazarick, he used his powers given to him by the Devourer of the Nine Worlds to recreate copies of the entire cast of LittleMassStar to have them battle any intruders. Demiurge and his team took one of the routes that led them to the Amphitheater containing the fakes and brainwashed general maids. The fakes and their minions were defeated, after which Demiurge and his team proceeded to regroup with the other teams at the Throne Room.[3]
Strength[]
Originally the idol unit as LittleMass was composed of just two members of the Floor Guardians and were selected due to their appeal to the human demographic and cuteness. The two young women are capable of singing and battling simultaneously when doing their performance. After the inclusion of the third idol they declared themselves to be in complete harmony.

Trivia[]
- The phrase "SANCTUS LittleMasStar" was their motto. The word "sanctus" being a hymn of adoration that is sung.
- Before finally selecting Albedo to be the new idol, Mare Bello Fiore and Kyuko were entertained to be possible candidates to fill the role.
- As before the name of the idols reflect the types of pH values in water.
