These flowers were found at Tabula Smaragdina's newly constructed Photo Studio Tabula on the 9th Floor.[1]
In one room it was used as a centerpiece for a photo shoot set.

The plant has bell-shaped white flowers.

No abilities have been mentioned, and it appears so far it was only used for decoration.
