Librarian C (司書C) is an elder lich in the service of Titus Annaeus Secundus in the Grand Library of Ashurbanipal.
Appearance[]
Librarian C wears a black hooded robe, a belt attached with a jewelry embedded wand, and various straps interwoven with crystals. They a pale face that looked as if it had been embalmed. To differentiate themself from the other elder lichs in the library, they wears an armband on their left arm with their name written on it.
Personality[]
It is unknown what personality Librarian C possesses.
Background[]
Librarian C acts as one of the several caretakers of the Grand Library of Ashurbanipal.

Overlord: The Undead Oh![]

Librarian C was manning the reception desk when Solution Epsilon came to them and two of their colleagues on needing a story for a undead theatrical troupe Albedo wanted to set up to promote the safety and use of undead. Solution needed a story that had characters who were easy to understand. The liches recommended Red Chanchanko vs. Purple Hag as it had such characters, though admitted that it was a horror film and probably would not be appropriate as Solution wanted material that painted undead in a positive light.[1]
