Kraken (クラーケン) was an NPC dungeon boss that existed in YGGDRASIL.
Background[]
A dungeon boss that at one point was fought in the past by Ainz Ooal Gown members, Momonga, Yamaiko, Herohero, Bukubukuchagama, Touch Me, and Ulbert Alain Odle. It was hunted by the guild since it dropped a lot of rare items and after defeating it they claimed a lot of its tentacles.[1]
Appearance[]
A giant squid-like creature with multiple tentacles and two eyes with four pupils. On his head, there is a long elongated oval with two distinct marks on either side of it.
Abilities[]
A monster that was basically a large squid. It ranked as a boss and volumes of its power speak for itself as it could contend with several 100 level players.
Trivia[]
- A piece of this monster was prepared by the Head Chef and used to make sushi in Overlord: The Undead Oh!.
- Ulbert apparently only cared about acquiring its legs rather than the rare drops.
- In Scandinavian folklore, the Kraken is a legendary cephalopod-like sea monster of gigantic size.
