Japamala is a tentative name for an item from YGGDRASIL.

Description[]

In E-Rantel, Ainz Ooal Gown changed his equipment to this item in order to summon angelic bodyguards to escort him through the human city.[1]

Appearance[]

In the Manga the item appears as a rosary necklace composed of over twenty beads or so. Attached it it is a rectangular wooden pendant etched with writing.

Abilities[]

When used in conjunction with the Crown of Thorns and the Cross a player can use the Super-Tier Magic Pantheon and summon six Cherubim Gatekeepers.

Trivia[]

  • In the Light Novel, the items that Ainz used for the Super-Tier Magic spell are never described, but the Manga provides visuals of the inferred items.[2]
  • The item is a reference to prayer beads commonly used in Indian religions such as Hinduism, Jainism, Sikhism, and Buddhism.
