Come Together! School Life (結集!がくえんせいかつ Kesshū! Gakuen Seikatsu ) is the first episode of Isekai Quartet 3. It was first broadcasted on October 13, 2025.
Summary[]
In a public park, Seiya does a million push-ups while Ristarte conjures a portal back to their own world. Ristarte wonders about the nature of this world, as its difficulty ranges from A to SSS. However, Seiya assures her that he already knows how to save this world, shocking her to see the cautious hero so confident. Seiya then drags Ristarte through the portal with him before revealing said solution: "make the world fun", and they are not the only ones who can do it.
Back with Class 2, Roswaal announces the beginning of a new semester. Still annoyed with how far she is seated from Ainz, Albedo requests another seat change, but Roswaal then wraps up homeroom.
Later, during a lecture from Erich, Aura talks with Otto about his ability to speak with animals and invites him to the Animal Care Committee, causing the latter to joke about how that would leave Subaru jobless. When Subaru gets angry at Otto's remark, Aura states that he would still be Hamsuke and Death Knight's "favorite food and toy", which only frustrates him more. Aqua assures Subaru that she will deal with any undead plaguing him, only for Albedo to ridicule her over the results of their most recent test; Albedo shows off her perfect score on her test while Kazuma snitches that Aqua only got 12%, much to the goddess' annoyance.
Continuing on the topic of the test scores, Shalltear gets upset at having failed as well, prompting Visha to console her. As more voices join the argument, Emilia considers getting involved, but Megumin and Demiurge talk her out of it. Erich then orders the class to be quiet.
After class, while walking with Subaru, Kazuma questions Otto and Garfiel regarding their relationship with the former, with them claiming that he is their "friend" and "boss" respectively. However, when Kazuma asks him about it, Subaru claims that he is just a "nobody" trying to keep up with "incredible people" around him.
The group then spot Cocytus, Neumann, Darkness, Koenig, and Grantz all around Weiss with shovels in the school’s courtyard. When Kazuma asks Darkness what is going on, she explains that they are trying to measure Weiss' strength, even though the latter insists that he is not really that strong. When Cocytus states that they plan to use sumo, which Kazuma deduces was Darkness' idea, Garfiel gets interested, prompting the others to participate as well.
They then go to the library, where Beatrice excitedly greets Subaru. This prompts Kazuma to question when the two of them got so close, only for Otto and Garfiel to claim that they were always like that. Subaru then turns to Mare, claiming that he has a favor to ask him.
Meanwhile, Shalltear and Rem walk through the school hallway together and talk about the upcoming sumo event, which Shalltear finds barbaric and jokingly assumes either Albedo or Garfield will win. When Rem doubts Garfiel will win, Shalltear claims her words to be harsh, to which the maid adds that she herself could be even harsher.
Back in the courtyard, which has been converted into a sumo ring, the competition begins, with Garfiel easily defeating Weiss. Tanya acts as referee but asks why she was chosen for the role, to which Subaru and Kazuma explain that she is the only one, aside from them, who knows the rules. Frustrated, Tanya asks Kazuma to take over, but he considers getting between two superpowered contestants a death sentence and declines, which only annoys her more. Tanya then notices Naofumi, Raphtalia, and Filo on a stroll and calls the Shield Hero to substitute for her, but he annoyingly declines. When Raphtalia explains that their group is going to bake a cake together, Visha's mouth waters, and Weiss regains consciousness, claiming to want cake as well, prompting Tanya to chide them both.
At the Teacher’s Office, Ainz Ooal Gown is talking with Roswaal about how everyone suddenly found themselves in another world. The teacher admits that the event was surprising, having found the entire Class 2 gone. Ainz reports that Class 2 was spirited away via a different kind of teleportation than the one they brought them to the current world.
Outside, Albedo and Neumann are locked in sumo wresting, until Albedo throws her opponent out of the ring. The demoness is riled up wanting to have Ainz see her win. Garfiel soon rises to be her next challenger as the final match.
Roswaal continues his discussion with Ainz. Ainz has a theory regarding the teleportation phenomena, in that in his original world, there exists another version of himself he is based on. Ainz also believes that everyone’s thoughts and awarenesses are changing without them being aware of it. Ainz is sure this is true for others, and not just him. He goes on to say that their experiences in their original are influencing everyone somehow. So he has come to the assumption that everyone present are copies from other worlds. Roswaal sees that Ainz believes everyone in the school are essentially fakes or at least not the originals.
The teacher calmly finds Ainz’s hypothesis to be interesting, though asks what the undead intends to do? Such as despot at the fact they are not real and live in misery?
Ainz though proposes another theory. If their originals are affecting those in the school world from their worlds, the would it not be possible that they can affect the originals as well? In a sense, Ainz suggest turning things around. Ainz assumes Roswaal knows the truth and has the same thoughts. The noble neither denies or affirms what Ainz said is true, but smile stating that he and the other students at the school are really fascinating.
Ainz asks what they should do. Though Roswaal asks why ask him, to which the undead states that the man is their teacher, which takes Roswaal aback. The teacher though admits Ainz is right and imparts his own advice: “Why don’t [they] all try and be better friends than before!”
Kazuma and Darkness soon burst into the room, alerting Ainz that Albedo and Garfiel are destroying the yard with their sumo wrestling. While not understanding exactly what is going on, Ainz agrees to go with them to try and deescalate the situation.
Back outside, Ainz witnesses Albedo and Garfiel creating a massive crater as they match each other in equal terms. Mare using his magic to contain the destruction finds himself unable to keep up.
As the destructive force of their powers become unrestrained, felt by the cheering students, Roswaal watches from his office, commenting even he can’t know what’s coming next for the students. He then muses to a list of several entities: Dragon. Goddess. Witch. X, that they won’t have their way in this world.
After the sumo match ends with an undetermined outcome, the last scene of the episode shows Cid Kagenou on the roof of the school, who then states that no matter the world he is just going to do what he wants as he smiles.
