Rise Up! School Festival! (決起！がくえんさい! Kekki! Gakuensai!) is the tenth episode of Isekai Quartet 2. It was first broadcasted on March 17, 2020.
Summary
In Class 2, Emilia asks Roswaal L Mathers if it's true that they are having a school festival. The teacher confirms and tells them that it will be in a week. The class is excited about the upcoming event. Demiurge inquires what Class 2 will be doing to participate. Roswaal explains that the class will be doing two things: a food stall and a play. He informs Class 2 that Class 1 is doing a play on The Ugly Duckling. Roswaal decides to have the class pick what kind of food stall that should run and what their play should be about.
At the nurse office, Wiz learns that Class 2 ended up picking Cinderella as their play from Shalltear Bloodfallen and Rem. She thinks its a great idea, even Naofumi Iwatani, who relishes the scenes of the evil women getting what's coming to them. Rem's part in the play is the prince, while Ram is Cinderella. Though Class 2 drew lots for the roles, Shalltear refuses to accept it, believing Ainz is most fitting for the role of the prince. Wiz points out if he was the prince, then he would be the one to end up with Ram, the princess. The vampire considers that even worse, but still can't accept the role he was given; being one of the four horses to pull Cinderella's carriage along with Tanya von Degurechaff, Satou Kazuma. and Natsuki Subaru. Naofumi finds Ainz to be lucky, as he is designated to be the Ugly Duckling in his class play. Shalltear gets a laugh at that, though the hero makes a comeback by pointing out her master's deplorable role, nearly causing a fight between the two before Wiz pleads for them to calm down. The days pass by and Class 2 scrambles to draft the script, build the food stand, gather supplies, practice their roles for the festival. Class 2 manages to finish and prepare for rehearsals a day before the festival.
While attending the grounds, Wilhelm van Astrea and Beatrice notice that the animal pen has been destroyed. Hamsuke emerges from the rubble, commenting 'it' was no fun. Wilhelm asks what happened, which Hamsuke then recounts how she and the Death Knight were attacked in their enclosure by the Destroyer.
Aqua finds the Class arch to be ruined, while her other classmates gather around. Kazuma comments that something big toppled it. The goddess is in tears at 'her' hard work being put to waste, though Kazuma points out that she never actually worked on it physically, causing her to cry. Emilia comforts Aqua telling her she should be glad she actually saw the arch being brought up. She still throws a tantrum, not wanting to redo it. Finally, Rem steps in, but when the goddess still continues to act a child, the maid briefly reveals her oni horn. The tense air catches the goddess's attention, before Rem's horn quickly vanishes and goes back to her cheery kind personality and implores Aqua that they need to work together. Aqua again refuses as it's too hard, but keeps encountering the insisting smile of the maid. Rem in a heartfelt speech insists the work be done today in order to get it done by tomorrow. Aqua wants to wait until lunch, but Rem insists on doing it now. Her optimism eventually blinds the goddess. Subaru comments that a beautiful scene was ruined.
While watching the arguing students, Kurt von Rudersdorf asks Roswaal if this is his doing. The noble denies it, but merely states it is a sign of something beyond their expectations is happening.
