Hygieia's Chalice is a World Item under the possession of the guild, Ainz Ooal Gown.

Description

Hygieia's Chalice is one of the World Items collected by Ainz Ooal Gown during its golden years. It was kept in the Treasury initially until Ainz learned of Shalltear's betrayal was the work of an unknown enemy's World Item brainwashing her. Because of that, it prompted Ainz to arm the Floor Guardians with World Items so as to protect themselves from the effects of hostile World Item users.^[1]

In Greek Mythology, it is recorded as a bowl/cup with a snake articulated around it and was in the possession of Hygieia, the daughter of Asklepios, the god of healing and medicine.
