Hourglass is the tentative name of an item used by Ainz.
Description
The hourglass was used twice in the Overlord series. Once during his battle with Shalltear Bloodfallen,[1] while the second time, during the Sorcerer Kingdom's war with the Re-Estize Kingdom.[2]
Appearance
It has the general appearance of an hour glass with see-trough glass and bits of sand in it.
Abilities
The hourglass is apparently capable of reducing the casting time for Super-Tier Magic to zero. Once the user has finally decided on which specific Super-Tier spell to cast, they can then break this hourglass in order to cast it at once right away.[3]
Trivia
- It was implied by Ainz's words that this hourglass is a cash item.
