Hamburger Steak (ハンバーグ定) was a food dish from YGGDRASIL.
Description[]
A recipe for hamburger steak was found in a cook book that Shalltear Bloodfallen was looking at before settling to make peperoncino.[1]
Ainz Ooal Gown took Aura Bella Fiora, Mare Bello Fiore and the Elven Slaves to the Canteen and ordered meals of hamburger steak which were prepared by the Head Chef.[2]

According to the recipe, it was made of beef and pork, salt, pepper, nutmeg, egg, onion, butter and flour.
Trivia[]
- The Canteen had hamburger steak meals on its menu, and customers had the option of selecting demi-glace, Japanese-style sauce, or cream-mustard sauce. To go along with it they could select rice or bread.
- It also appeared in Pure Pure Pleiades when Ainz Ooal Gown found himself the CEO of a company called Nazarick and the item was on the menu.[3]
