Giant Flying Chaos Beast (巨大飛行型混沌獣) is a type of monster that appears in Mass for the Dead.
Appearance[]
The Giant Flying Chaos Beast is noticeably much larger than its smaller cousin the Vulture. It seems to have more metallic artwork with bits of Chaos Stones decorating its body.

The Chaos Beast is a specialized flying monster.
Active[]
- Cry: An attack that fires purple lasers from its wings to attack all targets.
- Sakushi: Attacks a single target while folding its wings and rotating like a drill.
Trivia[]
- In the Mass for the Dead, in a crossover event, where Tanya von Degurechaff and the Imperial Army 203rd Air Mage Battalion from Youjo Senki find themselves in the New World and battle various Chaos Beasts before they are returned to their own world.[1]
- In a special event, Shalltear Bloodfallen captures one near the Azerlisia Mountains to attract Momonga's attention.[2]
- Other specimens were eventually located by Nazarick and hunted by their guests from other worlds.[3]
