Giant Cockroaches (ジャイアント・コックローチ) are creatures that inhabit YGGDRASIL and the New World.

Appearance

Just as their name implied, it should have the appearance of an enormous cockroach that is a meter in size.

Abilities

Giant Cockroaches were said to inhabit cities.

Trivia

• According to Climb, Giant Ants and Giant Cockroaches were among such monsters with particular smells.
• The name of this monster is only found in the Web Novel, though in Overlord Volume 07, when Gringham and his teammate found themselves in the Black Capsule, it was filled with cockroaches of a variety of sizes, some being over a meter long.
• The Silver Cockroach Golem could be classified as a Giant Cockroach as it is around 1.2 meters long in the Mass for the Dead game.
• Several of these creatures appear as enemies in the Dense Forest: Upper area of OVERLORD -ESCAPE FROM NAZARICK-. Though they resemble more like white worms.
