Gazer Devils (ゲイザー・デビル) are demons which resemble flayed human beings.
Appearance
Gazer Devils look like skinned humans, their exposed musculature painted with some kind of slimy black liquid.
Abilities
As a low-level monster, Gazer Devils are no threat for experienced adventurers. However, regular humans will normally have troubles dealing with them.

- From the looks of the illustration, it depicts the Gazer Devils' faces which almost resembles that of a skeleton.
