Out of all the items made in the Great Minotaur Nation, this fan is among the ones suggested by the Minotaur Sage to his kind. Later, such an item was eventually created at some point in time. It is considered to be a magic household item created for the purpose of everyday usage.

It is supposedly shaped like a mechanical fan.

This fan has a power capable of blowing wind.

Trivia

• Since Minotaur Sage is most likely believed to be a player, he had probably gotten wind of the idea behind this item from his time as a human in the real world.
• Minotaur Sage was unable to explain why the fan needed to be in that particular shape or how it worked. Because of that underlying problem, he was unable to create it until someone else did.
• In Mass for the Dead, the item appears in an event, and it inspired Albedo and Lupusregina Beta to devise the Scented Moisture Fan.
