Fallen Seeds (堕落の種子) is a racial change item from YGGDRASIL.

Description[edit | edit source]

In YGGDRASIL, it was possible to change races, but in order to achieve a racial change one would need to fulfill several conditions and the change would be irreversible. Thus acquiring specific items are necessary in order to shift races.[1]

Appearance[edit | edit source]

The seeds seem to be sealed shut inside the box unless the required conditions are completely met for it to open.

Abilities[edit | edit source]

The Fallen Seeds allows players to switch their racial features to a demon. The only way for this item to activate requires the condition of a sacrifice in preparation.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • It is unknown if the Great Tomb of Nazarick has a sufficient supply of this item. However, considering that two of the Fallen Seeds were given away to Renner as rewards for her contribution to Nazarick, it is very likely that there are plenty more of these around in the tomb.
  • At the conclusion of the Fall of Ro-Lente Castle, it was revealed that the item Renner received from Albedo in Volume 10, was in fact this item.[2][3]
  • In the official English version of the light novels, the seeds were referred to as "Seeds of Corruption."
