Ella (エラ) is a mysterious new character in Mass for the Dead.

Appearance

Ella appears as a beautiful elf with long shoulder-length blonde hair. She wear a green top gap with frills at the rim of the hat. Her upper attire is composed of a white tunic with epaulettes on her shoulders with tassels on the shoulder ends. Ella appears to be confined in a cushioned wheelchair that has various implements attached.

Personality

Ella appears to be a tinkerer of sorts in devising devices, that seem more based on science and steampunk. She also values harmony with her sisters, acting as a moderator when Aggresiel and Billiophia are not present.

Background

Little is known about Ella, save that she lives with five other girls who she considers as her sisters: Aggresiel, Billiophia, Di, a twin pig-tailed girl, and a lethargic girl that is seen sleeping on a pile of some unknown objects.

Apparently she and her sisters are born from the Sea of Possibilities, the result of an unfulfilled desire from a group of players who were an admirers of Ainz Ooal Gown. Her creator was said to imaginative, as they were responsible for the designs of all her sisters’ equipment. Using the designs from the Black Cover Book, she recreated many of the creator's ideas using Remnant.

Chronology

Mass for the Dead Arc

While resting at the home shared with her other sisters, Di and the others saw Aggresiel barge into the domicile, with exciting news. Di noticed that the news must be important judging on her sister's behavior. However one of their sisters deduced that it was probably Enhela meeting his death. Upon learning of this Di was jubilated along with the rest of her sisters.

Aggresiel then proposed in finally making the move to contact the great guild. In response Di threw in her support along with the other sisters. After Aggresiel and Billiophia then left to make preparations for contact and also to head out, Di was alone with two of her sisters. Di expressed some doubt that Aggresiel's plan may not work.

This caused her to get into an argument with her pig-tailed sister over her negativity, when Ella approached the pair and told them to be more friendly as they were "sisters".

When Momonga used [All Appraisal Magic Item] on the Attaché Case, he learned that Ella was the creator of the item. And when he did the same for the Gauntlet that was gifted to the Sorcerer Kingdom by Aggresiel and Billiophia he found that she was also responsible for its creation. Momonga would see her appearance via looking through Billiophia's Gauntlet to ensure there weren't any sensitive images taken from the device. The first picture within the item was of Ella was she was doing a test shot.

Abilities and Powers

Ella is said to be have mechanically mind. Among her creations include the Attaché Case which can safely transport the reality altering Remnant which she used to recreate many of her Creator's designs.

It was stated that she was the one who helped custom make the control levers for Aggresiel’s armored mechanized legs.

Ella was said to have created Billiophia's Gauntlet.
