Elder Vampire Bat is described as some sort of bat-like monster enormous in size. It possessed both a separate pair of wings and glowing crimson eyes.

Elder Vampire Bat is a vampire-type undead that is capable of flying on air. This creature has special sensory organs that can see through a magic caster's tier spell, 'Invisibility' without fooling its visual sense.[1]
