- Based on the city's name, it's most likely that the noble who rules this city is Marquis Pespea.
- In Mass for the Dead, Succulent having become the new department for the drug trade in Zero's attempt to turn Six Arms in the new leaders of a new criminal empire was peddling drugs in this city. He was met with little success, and turned to establishing a drug cultivating field outside in a nearby village. However that too was shut down by the ruling noble after the signing of the Tripartite Agreement and the establishment of the Tripartite Alliance.[2]
